Lovely place for brewing needs

The website was very easy to find what I was after and they had what I needed. Nice easy checkout and my parcel was delivered quickly and in one piece. Would recommend to others.

Truly excellent customer service

Truly excellent customer service. I purchased a Linea Mini and they could not have been more helpful.

Roland in particular went the extra mile to resolve a few problems (caused by myself), he ensured I was well informed throughout. Would highly recommend!

Let down twice by these guys, over £2k spent and their reply to their issues is 'we don't care, we will just refund you'.

Thank you for your review, was expected after you swore down the phone and threatened us.

Customer asked for an update on their order and demanded an instantaneous response. Which unfortunately wasn't possible until we heard back from the delivery company.

An update was emailed to the customer within 2-3 hours, between which the customer called several times threatening our staff and telling the person they initially spoke to, to man-up and come to the phone. Upsetting our staff.

The order is due to be delivered in 2 working days. But unfortunately the customer was too impatient to await news of the order update.
