They have super cute and trendy pieces for very affordable prices! Shipping/delivery typically takes less than a week and the quality is always amazing! I’ve been an avid fan of this small business for quite a while now and they’ve never disappointed.

Shop Gracie definitely makes sure that their customers are satisfied! I had a previous issue with shipping on my first order, and I was personally contacted by Grace herself via phone and she has the sweetest voice to accompany her sweet attitude. She made sure everything in my order was squared away and that my latest order was to my liking. They have some of the best customer service and very cute and unique clothes to boot. :) The only thing I must say as a tip is that you should order from them in advance if you want something for an event. They are located in Hawaii and things take a bit longer. 2-3 day shipping, as it also explains on their website, does not mean it will actually arrive in that amount of time, but first must process for about 2-3 days in addition to shipping. So definitely order in advance! All in all, great website to shop! :)

I originally found this company on Instagram over a year ago, and although I thought it was too good to be true at first, I've ordered from this company numerous times, and every time the processing is quick and shipment information is always accurate. They have great quality products for a great price, not to mention if anything ever goes wrong (which it rarely does) their customer service representatives reply within in minutes to sort things out. I would highly recommend this company!!

I would love to start off by saying that you can fully trust, rely and have peace of mind when you're buying from Shopgracieusa! I have recently purchased a couple of things from this delightful company and the end experience was just wonderful! I am and will always be a faithful buyer to Shopgracieusa and will try to influence everybody to give this company a shot! On my recent purchase I had came upon a stumble with a issue and Shopgracieusa did everything they could in their hands to make sure everything was handled and dealt with so at the end of the day I could be happy! Their overall goal is to always keep there customers happy and satisfied! Which is exactly what they did for me! They resolved the matter of issue that occurred and were always trying to make sure my happiness was first! I was well unaware that they only have one Customer Care Representative and because of this I understand that sometimes it could be hard & hectic to get ahold and be able to get back to you with any inquiries, questions or other personal emails that gets​ sent to them! I encourage for anybody that gives this company a shot to please be patient with them and not get frustrated! I know from my personal experience that they will try their hardest to get back to you as soon as possible! I got the chance to speak to Grace herself over the phone and it was such a wonderful experience to still know that there is still good, heart warming, respectful, dependable and trustworthy owners that love & appreciate their customers! This company has alot of potential and what makes me really happy is that Grace herself is such a good humbling person! She appreciates and values all her customers because she knows how important we are to keep this company growing and staying alive! I truly believe that this by far has been the best experience with any company I have ever had over the internet! I place an order for a top and coat, so I can give them as gifts, from this website on October 10th, 2017. Two weeks go by I only got 1 of 2 things, so I emailed the support personnel and they tell me that it should ship soon. Two weeks later I still don't have my package. So I email them again and this time they tell me that there was miscommunication and they were out of stock on the coat. This time they were very professional and caring of my problem and ended up giving me a refund for the jacket and apologized for the inconvenience. So on the bright side I was able to gift 1 of 2 things and got my money back for the product I didn't get.

Bought quite a few clothes from this shop. Bralettes, socks, shirts, shorts. Great quality and I received the clothing pretty quickly. I love that their selection is always fresh. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Love love love ShopGracie!! First time ordering and it was a great experience. Quality clothing! The knit, lace and elastic are perfect and comfy. Quick at responding to the chat online. I ordered 4 items and they all came together about 11 days after ordering which is what the basic shipping is. I'll def be ordering again soon!! :-) Thanks!!

Love love love this company!! Their price point is perfect for a thrifty millennial like me, and the quality has been outstanding across all products, from clothing to jewelry to shoes. I’ve ordered here for over a year and keep coming back. The shipping turnaround is never more than 2 days, everything has fit perfectly, and I get loads of “OMG where did you get that?!” when I wear their stuff :) Would highly recommend this brand to any and everyone!

I love love this site! At least once a month, I find items that are just MUST HAVE and place an order. Luckily for me, there is always some sort of promotion via Instagram that allows me to get even more than I planned! After numerous purchases, I have yet to encounter any sort of error, delay, or quality challenges. Shipping seems reasonably fast considering the distance, which is always a happy surprise. The quality of the items is also always better than even expected, but after years of being jaded by F21 and the like, it's wonderful just to have an order correct and fully intact, let alone great quality! All of the items are always so unique and cute, it almost makes me want to keep the site as my little secret... But it's too much fun to spread the joy and turn people on to something new that they'll love!

Shop Gracie is my favorite online store! I love ordering from them any chance I get and I always try to find an excuse for new clothes because all of their products are so cute! Whether it’s summer or fall I feel like I can trust that I’ll find something absolutely stunning on Shop Gracie. I’ve been recommending them to friends for birthday gifts as well as to treat themselves and I will continue to do so with their great service!

I placed an order on 9/26 and received a pre-shipment confirmation email on 9/29. This package is still untraceable and when I chatted with a representative, they said that it was with a courier. It is now 10/9 and I am still unable to track the package and USPS states that only pre-shipment information was received. I am incredibly frustrated with this company and the lack of accountability regarding my order. They don’t respond to email unless you are persistent, and only have an online chat representative available during certain periods of the day.

Update: They did not explain that they were “busy and backed up” in the warehouse until I contacted them three times, inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. They edited their reply and deleted that comment. They said that they explained this to me, which is an untruth. They offered me a $10 credit to delete this review, which I declined. I would not purchase from this company in the future.

I did email on 10/4, no reply, and twice on 10/7. They responded to ONE EMAIL.

LAST UPDATE:
They emailed me to ask if I would like package intercepted and a full refund. I said no, because MY YOUNG DAUGHTERS were really excited about the t-shirts.
I just received an email stating that they were cancelling/refunding the order.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I would give it ZERO stars if that was an option.

Yes you emailed us last on Oct 7 but we are closed over the weekends (business days are Monday-Friday), I do my best to reply to everyone as fast as I can. We are also supposed to be closed today since it is a holiday but I am still on my phone trying to reassure you that we do care about your order.

We were a little backed up with orders, but it has all gone out. Like I mentioned in my last email, you will see the tracking updates by tomorrow (you would see it by today but the post office is closed). Expected delivery is by Friday/Saturday.

This is not normal shipping time, usually customers receive within 2 weeks but we were really backed up and short staffed. The warehouse included a free item in your package to compensate for the shipping. All the orders have been picked up by carrier so you will see this reflect on your tracking by tomorrow evening.

I'm sorry to make you feel like we weren't responding since we didn't reply over the weekend, but we have been actively trying to keep you updated on this order. If you would consider removing your review online, we would like to email you a free $10 credit gift card.

We have tried so hard to work with you on this order and accommodate you. They refunded your taxes which I explained to you in past chats/emails, and they included a free item in your order for the delay. We will also give a $10 credit if you would be kind enough to remove your review. I've been doing my best to keep you updated and respond as fast as I can :(

I came across Shop Gracies Instagram awhile back. I'm very skeptical when it comes to online shopping but I decided to take a whim with this shop. It's one of my best purchases! I LOVE MY SUN GLASSES! I legit got complimented about 4 times in the same day I got them in the mail and rocked them. From people on the street to DMS asking where I got them. And their prices!!! UGH DOPE SHOP!!

Obsessed with ordering with them ! Fast processing time , seriously only wait the shipping time ! They have such cute , comfy and stylish selections that are super budget friendly ! Ugh again I’m obsessed 💕

My package never came. I spent over a hundred dollars and never got my product. They have, or had, when I ordered my product, a "no longer our problem" policy if the package gets lost in transit. I emailed the company and never got a response. The tracking said it had never been shipped. I filed a complaint with the shipping company and they never found my package. Just very disappointed.

Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the company who gave me my money's worth and apologized profusely for the miscommunication. Pleased with the customer service conduct and the customer care.

I've been following & shopping from ShopGracieUSA for years! Found them on Instagram scrolling through my newsfeed one day and it was love at first sight. Their clothes are always amazing and unique. Their clothes are high quality & I've never had a problem with any of my orders! Their sizing is pretty accurate & it's kinda like Forever 21 so I base my size from that. They always have clothes you can't find anywhere else and have new clothes every week!! Highly recommend if your looking for shop with affordable and high quality clothes!

I love ShopGracieUSA! I found them on Instagram a few years ago and have been following ever since! I've made a course le purchases from them in the past and was surprised at how fast the shipping was, considering everything is coming from Hawaii! Prices can sometimes be a little higher than I want to spend on trendy items, but overall they're a huge hit for me! :)

I have been a fan for a few years now after discovering them on Instagram! I live in NC so it's completely opposite from Hawaii but I always get my items after like a weekish. Super fast especially being across the US from them. The items come true to size and always great quality and just as beautiful as the pictures! Their customer service has always been outstanding. They provide conformation, tracking numbers, and even respond to DMs and not to mention are all very sweet. They have a great variety of cute things to choose from and I always get complimented on my clothes from them. I will forever be a fan <3.
