Completely OBSESSED!

I'm always skeptical when it comes to ordering clothes online; you never know if it'll fit right, what the quality will be like or if it even resembles the pictures. With Shop Gracie, I was EXTREMELY impressed! I went from purchasing one item in my first order, to now being on my fourth order and nearly fifteen items! It has become my holy grail for summer clothes! Highly recommend to everyone!

The clothes are always great quality …

The clothes are always great quality and look exactly the same as the advertised photos. Shop Gracie has EXCEPTIONAL customer service and will get back to you right away! I loooove their bralettes and tops, their bright floral two piece outfits are also to die for and I wish I could just order one of everything all the time ;)

Great Quality, Great Price, Friendly Service.

I've admired this company for about a year or two on Instagram and I was finally able to purchase a gorgeous pair of rose gold mirrored aviator sunnies from them recently. I just received the package today and the glasses were packaged with care and they are stunning! Great quality, they don't seem like they would break easily unlike many other aviators you see in other stores. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be making another one in the near future.

I love Shop Gracie

I love Shop Gracie! Wonderful customer service and shipping comes on time! All of their clothes are true to size and very cute. My last item (Lotus Bralette) has gotten me endless compliments when I wear them to raves. I don't hesistate to order any thing from them.

Shop Gracie is so addicting!
I came across this e-commerce store on Instagram through one of the fashion influencers I follow. Whoever manages Shop Gracie's Instagram has a great eye for aesthetics and curation. Not only that, she engages with me and other customers!
I've placed two online orders with this company so far. The orders were fulfilled promptly with tracking, and the items arrived in great condition with a nice "Aloha!" note from the company. This site is in my "shopping" bookmark folder so I will definitely be shopping on here again in the near future.

Quality, Professional, and Cute

Loved the quality of the product. It came on time within a week of me purchasing it online! The people who run Shop Gracie USA are super friendly and always reply to messages! I had to return a product (too big!) and everything was handled professionally. They are truly a gem.

I was very happy with my order

I was very happy with my order, it arrived fairly quickly in perfect condition, and the quality of the top I bought was actually better than I expected. And it fit true to size! No complications or delays whatsoever, and I'm already looking at my next purchase from them. I'd definitely recommend Shop Gracie to my friends too!

Absolutely LOVE this site

I've ordered from this website at least once or twice a month since I came across it. The clothes come across country to the East Coast from Hawaii usually within the week and I have never had any issues with shipping or the quality of the products. All of the clothes are trendy, unique, and definitely high quality at a reasonable price. I absolutely love this site and all the clothes I've gotten from here.

Helpful and speedy replies from customer service

I love this website! The clothes are very good quality and the customer service is awesome. One of the items I had ordered was out of stock but they gave me a gift card covering the full cost +5 for inconvenience, and even though my items took a little bit to get to me I understood because it was coming from Hawaii. After I got my items, one of the pieces didn't really fit me (it was a "one size" crop top, so just be careful ordering that if you have boobs because it's so pretty and I wish I fit into it!) so I sent it back and got a gift card covering that one too. Throughout the entire process, I didn't really feel stressed or frustrated as I normally do with online companies because I knew the situation was in good hands. You can really tell that the people running Shop Gracie care about their customers and they do their best to make YOUR business with them feel very appreciated.
I will definitely be shopping with them again, and I have already used my gift cards to make another purchase on the site, thank you and keep it up :)

Love!

The quality of the items are amazing. I was nervous at first because of past expierences I had ordering from boutiques, but Shop Gracie USA is the best! Customer service is also fantastic. When one of my items was backordered I sent an email to check the status of it and I got a reply no less than 5 minutes later! I was so impressed. I am definitely going to order some more items.

Love Shop Gracie!

Shop Gracie is amazing! Their clothing is adorable, unique and definitely in style. My favorite thing though is how they communicate with their customers and make sure they know how appreciative of them they are! I remember they reposted a photo of mine that I posted on Instagram in their clothes and I was so excited! I've never had an issue with them but I'm sure If someone did they would be quick to help at resolving the issue. I love Shop Gracie. I highly recommend to anyone :)

Item not received, customer service unresponsive- with updates

While I think their products are very stylish, I will not be ordering from here again.
I placed an order for a few items on 03/05/17. I finally received an email on 03/14/17stating that my order had been shipped. Okay, so about 9 days to ship out an item, I was willing to overlook it.
Then, 6 days later, 03/20/17,I decided to check the status of the shipping through the tracking number they provided. The tracking number stated that order had not yet even been shipped! I contacted their customer service and received an email reply that same day stating an apology and that they would look into my order as soon as possible.
Now two days later, still no word so I emailed them again to see if they shipped my order yet, otherwise to refund me. No response still! Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

An update 04/19/17:
The following day, I finally received an email stating 2 out of the 3 items had shipped and tracking number was provided. They informed me the last item would follow shortly. I received the 2 items the next week, but still no word on my last item.
Another week goes by and I get word that they are still working on my last item. Then finally, a few days later and over 1 month after I placed order, I was told the last item is not available. I was beyond disappointed. I expressed this to the company and they offered my a gift card with value of item +$5.
I'm never going to use that gift card or purchase from this company again. The long wait time, lack of prompt communication and inability to fulfill orders just shows that this company has poor structure and poor customer service. And the items are definitely not that amazing that it's worth it.

This will be my last update. Interesting to see how much a negative review can motivate. Very shorty after posting my review yesterday, the company reached out to me to apologize, offer a refund and a gift card. They also mentioned perhaps I would update my review. I emailed a reply accepting refund (as I had repeatedly asked for refund in past) and declined their free gift card (I can't get myself to shop there again). This is the most responsive their customer service has been. Within hours, I got a reply with another apology but accepting to issue refund. My refund has now been issued. If only their customer service had been so responsive and prompt in the beginning! To be fair, their customer service has always responded to me in a polite and friendly manner. It's just everything else that was lacking. I appreciate them trying to damage control after the fact, but to keep clients I think the company has to be more proactive about improving their customer service. Still will not be returning as a customer.

ITEMS TAKE FOREVER

Both my friends and I placed an order on the website and encounter the same problems. First of all, I received an email confirmation stating that your items has been shipped and here is your tracking number. 8 days later, still no update on the tracking so I contacted customer services and out of no where my tracking finally updated and the items finally shipped. I received my package a couple days later and I received a noted that one of my items will be shipped separately (which is the item i was looking forward to the most) and I got no email stating that my items were going to be shipped separately (my item is not even on back order). Now I just have to wait for them to give me a new tracking which I have no idea when that will be and after it will take them 8 days to finally ship my items. If I knew it was going to take over 4 weeks to get all my items, its honestly not even worth it. I was planning on wearing my items for an event but that already passed. This exact same situation happened to my friend with her order as well, except it was for a Christmas gift and now she is giving her gift in January.

Slow to ship out my order

I have always been in love with Shopgracie's Instagram feed and I had my eye on so many things and just when I finally decided to order few things while sales were there, it took them approximately two weeks to finally ship out my order. I don't know if anyone experienced this issue but I believe that because it was a very hectic time when I ordered, it was two days before New Years to be exact. But all in all even though the process was way slower than expected, I'm glad I purchased from them. I'll gladly purchase from them again.
