The skirt I received came with no labels inside. I measured it and it did not correspond with the size I ordered. I called them after hearing nothing from their live chat support, and I was able to be sent a return shipping label to do an exchange for a skirt that is not defective. The item was delivered last week and I have not heard anything about the exchange. I called them multiple times today after emailing them without a word, and could not get through. Their voicemail is full. Buyers beware.

All the bad reviews are true. Eva has a very deceptive business here. She posts cute photos, sends poor quality clothes, and keeps your money. Who wants store credit to order more ill-fitting, poorly made clothes?
I posted reviews on the Love and Labels website of the clothes I bought. Eva took them down immediately. I tried to post on the Instagram page and I found that the posts have all been disabled. Maybe Eva is suffering because of Covid, but defrauding your customers is not the way to go! I am reporting this to my bank and including this long printout of posts.
Shop elsewhere - there are SO MANY online clothes retailers. Most are reputable. This one is scum.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE REGARDLESS OF HOW CUTE THE ITEMS ARE!!!! The clothes are too small and if you have an issue with them it will never get resolved! I ordered a jacket back in January and never received it even after multiple unanswered calls. Their voicemail is ALWAYS full (go ahead and try for yourself) and they send you in circles. Keep your coins or spend elsewhere with a reputable company. I wish I could have given them negative stars. They are trash!!!!! I never write reviews but this is ridiculous and they continue to put out emails and text messages like it’s all good! They always find the time for that. Im looking into reporting to the BBB too.

I bought a couple dresses on oct 4th, I got the tracking number "it's on the way" on oct 7th but every time that I tried to track, it showed that my package never left their facility, last day on October nothing to receive my order, after many emails I got a phone call from costumer service saying that my order was lost and a new one would be on the way to recieve it by Tuesday Nov 3rd. On nov 4th called back the number that they called me, and they had blocked my number!!!
I just got on Friday nov 4th. And my event already had passed.

Paid $484.50 for 4 items on Oct 9th. Claimed they shipped items on Oct 9th but per tracking item was not shipped until Oct 29th. This is after I asked for a refund a day prior. I told them I would return the package back to sender,received a call from manager convincing me to accept the package. The order I placed on Oct 9th finally came on Nov 4th. Upon opening it, I found out I only received half of my order and the worst part is that the quality is definitely China made. Contacted them to provide return label or details to send the 2 items received back to them because at this point I'm feed up and want nothing else to do with them and also refund my money for the other items they didn't ship to me. I was told they would accept the return of the 2 items but they would not give me a refund but a store credit overall. I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Just found out that they were even investigated by the better business Bureau earlier this year. OMG...Love and labels is HORRIBLE!!! i WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN! I purchased a jacket for $180.00, which didn't get to me until 2 and half weeks. The jacket was a bit small, so I returned it on 10/13, it's now 11/3. I called them to see if they received my return and they said "no"! I went to the post office today and the jacket was delivered and received on 10/19. All the long, I thought they were lying or running a scam and they were. I emailed them today and no response, I will continue to post bad reviews and report to the BBB because I want my money back. This is why people dont support certain businesses.

Unbelievable. Ordered a few things and paid for delivery. A month later and nothing arrived. They claim it’s stuck in customs. I contact DHL, they respond; the retailer has only printed a label on their computer but haven’t actually sent the items. Only in America lol. Scam..They give 15 days for return policy I didn’t notice that my package arrived (Ok not their fault) So when I opened it turned out that I ordered size L on skirt and size M on the top $145 for both I know stupid me that I ordered something with out checking reviews first..any ways.. so the skirt size “L” looks like size “XS” and the top size “M” looks Size “XS” so I contacted them on October 1st back and forward for almost a month I return the order they never contacted me I have to emailed them again and they decided to give me a store credit (never gave it to me) a credit for a cloth that I don’t fit. So totally scam don’t ever think about on waist your money with Love x Label practically they used smart way to still your money. I will open a case with my bank its not fair.

Wow I wish I’d read these reviews before I made my purchase. I received my blazer on October 17th and was out of town until October 21st. I’m finally getting to looking into returning the jacket because it’s too small. Initially I tried using their website which asks for your order number and email address to start the return process. That didn’t work as I kept getting an error saying they can’t find the order and email combination. I then tried to send an email to request a return authorization form through their website and email form and that isn’t going through. Finally, tried calling right at their open time and the mailbox is full and no one is answering. I’m going to try to contact my credit card to get a refund if I don’t get any contact back from these folks. Has anyone tried that? I thought I was covered because they say on their website returns are allowed but I had no idea it would be this hard. 😡
