Completely disappointed I order a dress
It was too big on me. However, I returned print the return label
Sent it back never received any response regarding what I purchased
Never refunded the money

Really bad, same as everyone else ordered a dress over a month ago states a label has been created but that’s it. Tried contacting them 5 times by email and nothing. Terrible company do NOT buy from them as they are scammers !!!! JOKE !!!!!! Anna Newland.

Don't get fooled on their website. They are completely scammers. I came here because I didn't receive my 2 different orders. I wish I could do more search before I bought stuff online. I placed my orders last 2nd week of November and now it's December is almost over and I still didn't receive them. Very frustrating. Now I have to dispute with my bank because their customer service is horrible.

SCAMMERS one of my orders never came, so I lost my money. The other one came and did NOT fit the description at all it was defective and looks soooooo cheap it’s garbage. I can’t believe this place.

I was very hesitant to order after seeing these reviews but they have so many cute pieces I placed a $100 order just to see what happens and I am SO happy I did! I loved my jacket so much I just ordered it in more colors! I am not sure how others have had a bad experience but I am glad I decided to try for myself. Delivery only took a few days and I had forgotten to add my promotion code and emailed customer service who adjusted it for me right away. Very thrilled about the whole experience and service.

These people are scammers !!!! I placed my order all the way back in October it is now December and haven’t received anything they lie to everyone and claim it’s been lost when they never shipped it. The only thing they do is to create a label with no tracking. I reached out to them multiple time they replied once and then disappeared do not give this company your money you will be Robbed !!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Do NOT give this site any of your money. Complete scammers. They deserve 0 stars and business/website/IG page should be shut down. You place an order and NEVER receive your items. I submitted my order almost a month ago, tracking number was created two days later but my item never shipped. I’ve called and emailed numerous times and get NO response. There is someone running their Instagram page that responds to DMs sometimes, and gives fake explanations about the status of my order. It’s awful, literal DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Ive filed claims with my financial institution and BBB.

I would love to give zero star if I could. I ordered a a blazer dress since 11/5/21. Today is 11/24/21. I know this holiday time and things can delay. I'm supposed to receive my order within 8 days. I sent email and tried several times to chat with the support team but no response. They already took the money out my account. I have no idea who to contact about my order. They will not respond to my emails and I can't call them either. Is it a scam? It is ridiculous. You don't treat customers like that. And this is my first purchase with them.

Can there be a 0 star option? Cause fück this business. They're refusing to give trust worthy information on my order, lying about when my refund will drop- 160+ dollars wasted just to goose chase some Los Angeles scammers. Out of Facebook, their email, provided number, Instagram, and websites customer service, only place you'll receive an answer from is MAYBE their Instagram which is where I was being lead on by. How they're not shut down and arrested for stealing thousands from dozens of people is beyond me.

Do not order anything from this website. It’s a fraudulent website. They never respond to your emails. I ordered a skirt in small size, they sent me a medium size. I have sent tons of emails regarding to return my order. They never respond and never accept a return.
I’m going to file a claim.

TERRIBLE customer service. They don’t pick up the phone, and they don’t email you back. I was supposed to receive my items in “2-3 weeks” but it came in almost 7 weeks later. And I ordered 3 things and only received 2 but got fully charged for 3. I tried to contact them about my missing item and I got no answer. They are a JOKE.

I bought a top for my Mum yesterday, seeing she liked it. I bought it home to give it a wash before wear. I have spent the last hour fixing up all the seams, not worth the dollars I spent on it & will never buy another item of this label.

Please don’t order from them!!! They are fraud!!! They charge and never ship your order. Then they have no customer service. No way of contacting them. They don’t respond to the emails!!! FRAUD!!!!!!!!

There is absolutely no customer service with this business. I sent an item back as it was poorly fitted. I understood I would receive a store credit. Upon trying to use the credit for am item less expensive, I was still told to pay half of the actual price when my store credit should have covered the cost in its entirety.

When I sent emails and messages on the online chat, I never received a response. I will not purchase from this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have tried numerous times to get someone to respond to the fact that it’s been over a month and my shoes are still sitting with “label created” if you have no intentions on shipping these to me i would like a full refund as you have charged me 108.00. My order number is 33620. Thanks for ignoring all my attempts to get this resolved, I’ve now had to resort to review writing.

Customer service is terrible. The jacket i bought was nice and looked like the pictures and description although sizing was incorrect even though I used sizing chart. i asked to exchange for a larger size, they agreed. 6 weeks later after 15-20 emails it arrived and it was the wrong size. contacted customer service for a refund but they would not budge. I would not recommend this online store to anyone.

Really pleasant experience. The new blazers are absolutely perfect and my gf loved them. They have a new fit compared to the old ones, and shipped nice and on time 👌🏼

First time i ordered i received my item and loved it so i ordered the same in another color and never received it, customer service tells me to wait and do nothing about it... still waiting 1 month later and no refund, no news

First time ordering from and I was excited.
I was beyond disappointed, not only when I received the wrong items (with the right invoice), but when customer service was rude and refused to give me a refund.
No, I don’t want to pay $70 for shorts I didn’t get and then wait until you guys get around to sending me a return label so I can fix YOUR mistake. The customer should not pay for the f-ups of a business.
Bottom line, they are careless and treat their customers very poorly. Save your money.
