I bought £450 worth of clothes. Nothing has arrived it’s been 3 months and every email has been ignored. Please avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service. I purchased three items. They shipped only one and never responded to emails. I had to file a complaint with American Express. Fortunately, American Express credited my account for the items that were never shipped.

Quality of skirt which was 175$ is worse than anything you could find on SHEIN. Customer service each 10 emails they reply - I returned the damn skirt they said they’ll give me store credit I had to send so many emails and wait almost 1 month post return still didn’t get nothing. Don’t fall for this SCAM!

its really a -1000 rating.... all these comments are true smh... scammers is the word! I only wished I would have seen the reviews before purchasing.

I placed order #8117 on 9/4. The order was never even shipped according to the tracking information! I have tried to contact the company twice with no resolution what’s so ever. These people are crooks!

They scammed me out of over $500. I ordered my clothes back in May and they never arrived. No response to my emails. I filed a claim but it was refused.

Such a horrible company. Spend so much money on them and never recieved my order. Impossible to reach someone. I literally send over 100 e-mails. Never got a response and never recieved my money back. I don't understand how they can live with themselves. Such an awfull conpany stealing peoples money.

Buyers beware!!!!! SCAMMERS. This company is not who they say they are! None of their clothing is made in the US as their website states. If they don't fit, you can return the clothing according to their website but The quality of clothing is definitely not what you would expect based on what you see online. If you buy and I strongly suggest you don't, but if you do and they don't fit and decide to return it back, they will pretend to determine if they you are "refund worthy". At this point, about 10 months later, They took my $300. I am still waiting to get my money back!!!
I strongly suggest you keep scrolling past this company. Worst company EVER! They really need to be banned from doing business in the United States.

I never received my product. They stole my money and sent me a fake shipping label but never sent the actual goods. This company is a scam! they are horrible

I never write reviews but they said they shipped my coat and it never arrived, they asked me if they can resend and I responded I want a refund. They refuse to give a refund. I asked for a supervisor now and I will report this company for fraud.

I am sharing my experience with this company. It is a hoax. The first time I placed an order and it didn’t come- I asked to cancel it. This was a couple of years ago. I then received an email stating someone had stolen from the company and that is what had happened as to it not being fulfilled. I decided to give them a try again. It has been over two months and they haven’t sent my jacket despite me asking for my refund due to it not being fulfilled. I will NOT EVER, and I mean EVER order from the company again. Truly not satisfied.

I placed an order in November 2022, It is May 2024 and the item STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED and I STILL have not been refunded. I don't think this counts as Pre-order. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with customer service and multiple shipping labels being "created". I was however, offered a 20% off code for my next purchase. Which I clearly will not be completing.

Runnn don’t order from them!!! I haven’t received my items yet and I paid for overnight shipping which was 2 weeks ago

Total scam!!! I ordered a blazer and never received it. I contacted them and never got a response

I placed an order on November 3, 2021. I received a shipping notification that the package was shipped, however, every time I checked for the status all it said was "label created". I sent an email on December 6, 2021, and no one responded to the email. I sent a follow up email on January 5th because two blazers were missing from the package. I was told that the package was marked as lost and that I would receive a reshipment that week. I did receive 1 out of 2 blazers, but never received the second missing blazer. I placed a second order on November 4, 2021. I received a shipping notification that the package was shipped; however, every time I checked for the status all it said was "label created." On or about February 12, 2022, I eventually received 1 out of 2 items. Multiple emails were sent following up on the status of my missing items, and requesting a refund if the items could not be delivered as contracted. The company eventually stopped responding to my emails and never issued a refund. A negative comment left by me on the company's Instagram site was quickly removed. I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank, but I was outside of the dispute window.

I encourage everyone who has been scammed by this company to file an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I filed one, but I'm sure it's a needle in a haystack unless more people file complaints. It is unbelievable that this company is still in business!

SCAMMERS!! DON’T BELIEVE A SINGLE POSITIVE REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY!! ONE YEAR NO ITEM I’VE PURCHASED AND NO MONEY!! NOW THEY ARE ALSO OPEN UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME AND SCAMMING PEOPLE AGAIN!! WE ALL SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE IN VAN NUYS CA !!! I THINK THIS IS MY NEXT STEP!!

They should create a no star option. This online store is truly horrible. Why still in business is beyond me! I keep getting emails for new blazers releases. First of all they scam people, never ship items. I unfortunately purchased from them and never received my items. I too got emails stating my items were shipped only to find out they never left. They should get shut down for being unethical in business.

Like most people on here, they took my money for an order, refused to ship and deleted my comments asking for customer service assistance on their social media platforms. They wouldn't refund me either. I reported them to Shopify and The Federal Trade Commission website (FTC) and miraculously, finally got my refund. Report them to Shopify and the FTC and you'll get somewhere, I think
