No order received.. no response or anything …from the website chat or the support email …
They also don’t answer their support number ..I’m really disappointed

Believe me, if you can wait for eternity for your order to arrive, they will NOT ARRIVE. This company Love|Labels is pure scam. I bought worth 120$ blazer but it never came. If you take a risk and still order from them-- goodluck.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS, Alleged, Company. If you do, they will never send your merchandise. They will, however, take your money, and return emails, stating they are sending your items. Then, they sent your items, and they’re surprised you haven’t received them, and they’ll be sending out new items… Until, it’s past the time frame where in you can lodge a complaint with either PayPal, which is how I paid them, or with your credit card. Conveniently, they stopped responding to emails, literally, on the 61st day. I didn’t even know that was a thing, But I’m Guessing They Knew! They kept me thinking I was going to get my, very expensive blazers, almost $500 dollars for the two, biding their time, until they knew they were in the clear. Well, I’m not giving up. This review is my first step. You can run, Maggots, but you cannot hide.

Ordered a cute leather jacket in September.... its November and finally just received a notice they "created a label" two days ago. No movement. From what I have been reading it looks like they create the label and never send the item. Will contact Discover as fraud. Super sad I was so stoked to receive this leather jacket

Love and Labels is a COMPLETE SCAM! HORRIBLE COMPANY! If it’s even a real company.

They took my payment and NEVER sent my order. Completely scammed me.

They will give you complete lies, that’s if they even respond to you in the 1st place. Worst company to ever deal with. Customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a dress for a special event, made the purchase 3 weeks in advance to avoid shipping delays and still did not receive anything.

My bank investigated the issue and returned my money. Thank God

They’re a SCAM AND A FRAUD!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! ****DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS*** I’ve never dealt with it a company this fraudulent. They take your money and never send you your Purchase.
All they do is create a label and THATS IT. After you reach out several times wondering where your order is you will get ONE EMAIL, AND ONE EMAIL ONLY stating “the order must have gotten lost” Come to find out there is no item to be lost Because they NEVER shipped it!
I made the mistake of jumping the gun with my order before reading the reviews and now I see that they do this ALL THE TIME. they’re LITERAL THIEVES. Fortunately when I went to dispute it with my credit card company they were well aware of their fraudulent ways because SO MANY other people have disputed the charges because of the theft. DO NOT purchase anything from these people. Complete DIRT BAGS. I will never make a purchase without reading the reviews and history again. I could’ve done myself a huge favor reading the HUNDREDS of reviews about their fraud. So if you were considering buying, they are not a legitimate company. Consider yourself lucky that you didn’t have to go through what many others had to.

I'd give no stars if possible. Twice I have attempted to purchase from this site. Both times, the company processed payment, created a shipping label and never shipped the item. They drag out their responses in support and still never ship the item. They will not process a refund either. I've had to dispute them with my credit card.

I paid $195 back in November 2021, for a pair of boots and sunglasses. I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR. I have emailed company a couple times with no response back. I am thinking this nice looking company might be a scam??

I purchased a order from Love Labels on June 28th ,2022 I still as of Sept. 02, 2022 never received the item they created a label on July 21st,2022 and the tracking never had movement . I've emailed and call so many time but with no response so buyers be aware of the scam its totally a fraud scam. I'm still fighting for my refund from my bank. Everyone let make others aware as well as the companys that they are on they platform " afterpay, Affirm, Etc. so they want lose they money like us.

This company is a nightmare. I purchased two tops that were horrible quality. I returned the items, still haven’t received a credit note. They never reply to my emails. Never stop from this website!

Count me in as one who ordered and its like the funds went into a vacuum and vanished. Got a shipping info received tracking number then nothing ever shipped. Filed with paypal hope for refund.

After I never received my order, and after they spent all excuses for themself, they told me that they will refund the money, and after 1.5 month they still didn't. It is obviuos what these scam bags doing. Tricking people and I don't know how come they still selling something to anyone. They should not exisct

If I could.put less I would..it has been 2 months and I never received my order. Phone number doesn't work. They don't respond to emails. They created a shipping label.and never shipped.it

I order two blazers in pre-order and never received them. After 3 weeks from the order I get an email with the tracking number. But they had only created a label and never entrusted the goods to the courier. I then tried to contact customer service in all ways but it is totally non-existent. They never reply in chat or email, on Instagram, nothing. It's been 3 months now and I just lost my money without ever receiving the order nor assistance from their "customer service". It’s only a scam.

I ordered for the first time and after four weeks i wrote an mail to them - no response for 2 weeks!!! Thanks to paypal I got my order one week later.

I purchased an item and never received it. Reached out to the company time after time to check on my order and got ‘NO RESPONSE!’ They sent a tracking number but got no movement on the tracking number. They took my money and never sent me my order or any refunds. However, they always send out coupon codes, wow! Don't ever buy from them. If you do that means you like giving away free money.

Saw these reviews and was nervous to order but I had been seeing this hot pink blazer that I absolutely needed. SO happy I actually ordered! Love the vibrant color and quality so much that I just ordered 5 more blazers! Just wish the sizing was better since it runs small.

I order from this company through ig. I order on May 13th and my item said it will be pre order so it would take 2 to 3 weeks, but within 3 weeks I received a tracking num. But when i check the tracking it says the item was created a label but the item has not been shipped. I tried reaching the company and no one replies. I tried to email, by phone and by dm on instagram.
Worse company. Do not order from them. They are no real. Please safe yourself the hustle.
