Trust is most critical in this world when doing business. As a clothing company, love label fails to deliver trust. It is so hilarious that they constantly send out coupons to lure customers when they even cannot fulfill their orders. This kind of company should be fined and stop operating. Every time you make an order, you are telling the company it is ok to not fulfill its orders. Think about it before you make an order. Think about your right as a customer. We as Customers are the backbone of the business and should not be treated this way.

If I can give a half star I would , I have placed an order charged money till today I haven’t received my package I have read the reviews and I’m shocked , been trying to contact them on IG no response sending them comments they just deleted them without replying , after so many emails I have gotten a reply from someone called Matt claiming that my package will be with me by end of the week today is Friday nothing has been arrived yet the worse is I contacted DHlL they said that the shipper hasn’t even handed over the package to DHL full of lies I have paid 400usd and I’m not going to let it go if I can take a flight and get to their office I would they treat people as stupid shame on them that’s how they make a living by scamming people , all they do is to create fake waybill to tracking details , please do not order from them again there tons of legit website where you can order and get your items by max two weeks of time

Reliable or unreliable?
I tell my strange experience. I pre-order the item on February 21st with shipment on March 5th and as payment method I choose Klarna, but the movement of the first paid installment was not visible on the movements list of my bank, I said ok ... it will be a technical error. March 5th arrives and nothing, not shipped yet. Not even the 7.8, not even the 10. Then it makes me suspicious. I go read the reviews on Trustpilot and find that a lot of people have been scammed! Then I get alarmed ... Then on March 21st the order was confirmed and therefore also the payment of Klarna, and only now does the movement appear on the list of my bank. In all this time I contacted Love Labels customer service 3 times but I never received an answer, so I too was convinced that I had been scammed! Then I contact Klarna for help and the refund of the first installment paid then cancellation of the order. After a bit of conversation they tell me that I would have been contacted on April 9 by the official office to clarify the matter. Ok, days go by, days go by ... and so, at any moment my item was shipped, 1 month late ... I received exactly the item I ordered. So I ask myself: what company are you? When it suits you, do you ship the goods or not ...? I am sorry for many people who have been scammed, and I am glad that so many others, like me, have received the article.

My experience however, has been nothing but amazing every time I have placed an order with Love x Labels. Beautiful pieces that always people compliment on when I wear them. Keep it up ;)
The only reason I ordered from this…
The only reason I ordered from this company again after the first incident of a disaster was because I had a credit. I preordered a blazer back in January and the blazer shipped in March. When I moved addresses, I emailed them 3 weeks prior to the blazer shipping to update them with my new address. I received confirmation that the address was updated from Matt on 2/22 that it was updated. Was it done? OF COURSE NOT - THAT WOULD BE TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR A SIMPLE TASK. Instead I had to pay UPS to reroute the package to the correct address.

Fake 5 star reviews + they'll delete your IG comments
IG and website looks legit but it's an absolute scam of a company. The same thing that happened to so many people here happened to me: shipping label created but not shipped out, ghosted for weeks when asked for updates and they claim "it got lost in the mail."
If you even leave a polite comment on IG asking them about the status of their shipping THEY WILL DELETE YOUR INSTAGRAM COMMENTS.
As for the fake 5 star reviews, just look at the accounts. Posted only 1 review on their account and it's a 5 star review on this company. The other 5 star reviews comes from an account with 3 reviews in total and they're all for love x labels. HAH
As per the advice of people in this group, I have filed a dispute with my bank. I've been shopping online for decades and this is the first time I've been scammed by a dog s h i t of a company with appalling and untruthful customer service.

Stay away. I wish I has read the reviews on here!!! Please see attached photos. I had placed an order on January 26. It stated my package was set to be delivered January 28. However I never received any item. A tracking number was created, but I had called UPS, and no package was even sent!
I have constantly called and emailed this company, and have gotten responses from a “Matt” who made lofty claims about their company being “legit” and having a lot of clients such as “celebrities and Influencers”.
Total crap. He stated last week my package had gotten “lost in the mail” and they had to pay “out of pocket”
To send me my item again, however to this date I have not received an updated shipping number / tracking.
Suffice to say, I have been duped. I have reported them to the FTC, and BBB. And I am going to expose them for the scam artists they are on every major
Platform.

Never ever order something with them
Never ever order something with them. They're a scammers. I have ordered a blazer which I have never received. It has been 3 months and I emailed them several times with no response. Therefore, I lost my $185.

This is a scam. I placed an order On November 26, 2021 and haven't received the order to date. It is never a good idea to order from any company where you can't speak with a LIVE person.
I have a string of emails where these scammers keep stalling regarding sending me my order. I wish I had read the reviews prior to being scammed out of my money. They even went as far as providing me a fake UPS tracking number. I hope potential shoppers read the reviews before getting scam like I did.

Stay away!! It's a Scam!! No customer service to reach to! I soo regret I didn't do the research before. I was waiting 3 months for the shipment and everyrime I would ask for cancelation of the " no tracking number" order they would sent the same email that the order is lost and they will ship it again . 3 month later!! lol.
