I have ordered with this company in the past and had no issues with them in 2021. However, I ordered two blazer dresses with them on 10/4/22. I contacted them on 12/28/22 to ask where my package was. Their founder Anna responded that the order never got shipped out and they were waiting for a new shipment of inventory which would be in later that week. I followed up on 1/12/23 and said they still had not receieved their shipment. I then followed up on 1/30/23, 2/2/23 and 2/10/23 and heard nothing. I tried calling on 3/15/23 and was sent straight to voicemail. I have now filed a credit card dispute for the $355 I paid. This company is a scam, their customer service is atrocious. Yet throughout these past 5 months I see they are still trying to scam others by sending constant emails for new merchandise and have been advertising and posting on instagram like crazy. The reviews are true, please stay away. There are other companies out there that sell similar items and actually reputable.

I never received my order. I have tried to contact them in various ways and never got any response. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. This is a horrible shady company that has been stealing money and NOT sending out merchandise. They need to be shut down ASAP.

I ordered 3 months ago 12.20.22. I was fed shipping delay issues. Now they've stopped responding and I don't have my order.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Wish I read these reviews. Placed my order Nov 27, 2022. It’s March 8, 2023 and I don’t have my order. Sent countless emails with either no reply or a reply stating I have an account credit (lie) or my order will ship “early next week” (another lie). Don’t order, you’ll be scammed.

They lie. They pretend to make a shipping label and never send the product. Stole $180.00 from me! Chinese company if that explains their lack of integrity.

They stole my money by giving me a store credit after I returned a product that I had to pay to return. I ordered a replacement and my purchase was never delivered. I contacted the customer service and they would never respond until I got really upset. I received multiple promises to replace my order, it's been over a year has passed and still no response or product. This company is a scam.

Took my money -no merchandise ZERO response. They are robbing people BLIND of their $$$. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered from them in November. They told me my order was made to order. Then I’m December they said it was delayed bc of weather. Then I’m January they said it was shipped. I’ve written to them several times inquiring & no response. It’s almost March!

Complete scam!! They will take your money and then you will never see your item. They will even block you from their instagram! They delete the negative comments on their instagram! I have tried reporting them to Instagram to stop them from having a page and advertising but instagram doesn't care!!

If I could write ZERO I would. I am about to file a class action against this company. I see many others would join. Waiting two months for my order.

I can not believe I've also been a victim of fraud! I placed my order in December and only one person answered my email. Ever since I've tried contacting them and I have heard anything back! They are not returning my emails either. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I’ve been waiting for 40 days already .. still didn’t get my order, and nobody’s answering my emails…

I wish I can rate them zero if I can. Completely SCAM! They took the payment, never deliver the product. No response after emailing and calling for the order status. We all should look into it how to report them to the consumer bureau, so others won’t fall into the same trap!

Horrible customer service, and it is a total scam for sure! I ordered a dress, and never received it. I will consult with an attorney and Better Business Bureau. I wonder if this company can be shut down.

i purchase a blazer, got email with dhl saying shipment its ready, contacted dhl after 1 month and no news about the blazer, tehy say they never got the package. so the love labels never delivery to dhl the package!! FRAUD!

SENT me tracking number on September 29,2022 received an email with UPS tracking number,tracking says " ready to ship" but never received item. I sent company an email, On october 19, 2022 with no response.

I order a leather biker jacket back in November. I got a order number and confirmation number, then about a week or two later a got a phony tracking number. I say phony because I received two numbers one from USPS and another from UPS. All while waiting for my purchase I notice the days going by without me receiving the jacket, I received an email stating something has happened within their org and I will be sent my purchase the next week. Til this day I have not received the jacket nor a response to the multiple emails I've sent requesting status of shipment and request for refund. Poor customer service will always be the down fall of small business.

If I could give 0 stars and minus I would. Horrible company and they are scammers! I ordered my jacket back in September , they created fake label and I never received anything. When you tried to check on UPS it’s shipment is till with the owner. I called, message, write emails, instant message them nothing! No responses no jacket! They are scammers and thief’s! I will be reporting them!
