I had a technical issue I needed help…

I had a technical issue I needed help with on my till and the guy Tom was fantastic talking me through it step by step over the phone and believe me I am useless 🙃 when it comes to technology but he was great teaching this old dog new tricks!

Great Services

I am with them 10 years. they never let me down. Service level is same all the time from 10 years ago to till now. Absolutely fantastic service. Quality staffs and they are very friendly and helpful. Till system and reports are very easy to use. The company you can trust from my experience.

Really easy to talk to, I'm not a computer person but they guide you through the process and it's easy, also they can fix things while you are talking to them, the man was fixing my problems from his computer excellent service thanks alot

We think the system is good for

We think the system is good for
shops who only buy from Booker but very stressful for using other wholesalers too
Getting items onto the system is a pain
Being given a new employee to liase with was unfair trying to set up the till was a nightmare
Paying for the service to do this would not have helped the manual seems to be written for another system not ours not impressed at all
