Customer of seven years and hundreds of miles away.
Mostly, very efficient and quick helpful service. They did however, a few years ago, loose all my data and were only able to re-install old data which meant having to stocktake and key in new figures. Two months free rental was no compensation for all the man hours and angst involved. Hopefully, they now keep live data on-line with only a day's delay. I would recommend their retail system as easy to use, comprehensive, updated regularly and innovative.

We had an issue with our till system connecting to our printer, after an hour on the phone to Tom, I'm pleased to say we came to a resolution. Tom was very helpful and polite, even when options were running out as to the cause ir solution to the problem. Thankfully we got there and all os up and running. Many thanks

It has to be good, it has to do what you need, it has to suit you. You have to work hard, put in 100% effort to make sure you use the tills properly... then you get the gains... book in your stock, review departments and wholesalers etc... user friendly, with great support, great features... this software is perfect for retail environment... now, there is a fact that its not perfect, there are features missing, and a few area that are a bit dated, ie. a 'non-wifi' hand held, no app for ipads or phones, no ability to import csv files of info... however... they are updating and upgrading... so with more customers all the time i'm sure they wont be too far behind these improvements i'm after. don't hesitate, get yourself a visit from the very nice rep, and he can show you, how it can work for you...

Connection problem with Backoffice solved, eventually
I had an ongoing connection problem with Backoffice - repeatedly died after a couple of actions. I was rather disappointed that it took several calls to sort out. The first call was the typical brush-off; it must be my PC, or a slow broadband, although it was the same on PC and laptop, and we're on a fast fibre connection. Then it was a poor connection to the shop till, so I was unplugging, exchanging wires and rebooting everything in the shop all to no avail. Finally someone knew the answer - you can only have one Backoffice connection at a time through the VPN, and the shop PC had been set up as remote, so always occupied that slot. So the shop was set up as local, and we each know to close the VPN at home when we're finished. Problem solved, eventually.
