TRDP a real partnership

I have used a news computer and then an epos till in my Newsagents for 36 years, since becoming a Premier store I needed more.
On Bookers recommendation I installed shop mate with back office, a brilliant system, very informative and the staff love it.
Local loyalty card is being well received by customers.
What's more is the excellent service, always there to help with any query or problem when we ring, nothing is too much trouble for them, And with marketing support I feel it is a real partnership to develop our business.

We had a lot of issues with BT provided…

We had a lot of issues with BT provided BroadBand & WI-FI to start with. BT support suggested turn off the mini-hub and turn it back on again. This appeared to have fixed the issues for RDP, but in the meantime I've discovered that BT have had a national issue across various platforms, which has hopefully been fixed now and I will not get another telephone call at 21.50 from the alarm monitoring company checking everything is ok because the automated system has failed due to BT kit not working.

I would like to thank the support staff for their patience and endurance thoughout particularly Olivia who hung on in there till the problems were fixed. In the maentime I've had occasion to call the help desk a number of times. The staff are polite, Knowleadgeable and quickly point you in the right direction to resolve any issues!
