I would give it zero stars if possible. Terrible low quality drop shipped product that is nothing like the images. Stay away. No sizing, inconsistent third party labels and it was 3 weeks late. Don’t fall for the ‘we are closing down’ nonsense which is the standard Instagram hook.

Aside from taking forever to deliver, the product is absolute rubbish. As there is no label whatsoever (apart from size) I can't identify what these polo shirts are made of or how to care for them. They feel like they are made from the cheapest polyester imaginable and look ghastly - destined for the recycling bin

Zero stars. Ordered a swimsuit from elleandco that supposedly shipped on June 16. It is August 31 and it's still not here. I tried reaching out to customer service twice and have been ghosted.

I should know better. I continue to check my card.for additional transactions just in case, but so far I seem to only be out the $40 or so I paid for the non-existent swimwear. I NEVER buy directly from social media ads...I always check the company first and then go directly to the site if it seems legit and it's something I need. Not sure why I didn't for this one. Lesson learned.

I received the swimsuit I ordered 8 weeks later. When I opened it, it seemed to be packed in a bag that was used several times, the suit was nothing as described, no tags and no panty liner!!! I emailed to return days ago and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The jumpsuit I bought is very obviously not the same one in the photo online! Terribly disappointing and to return it you are responsible for the $35 shipping to China.

Save yourself, don't buy anything from this company, Elle&Vire. I purchased a pair of shoes from Elle&Vire, based on the website description saying they are leather shoes... The shoes arrived almost a month later. To my surprise, the shoes packed in a plastic bag, they are nothing look like the ones shown on the company's site, the material is made of plastic and looks really cheap. I then asked for a return, then found out the company is in China, to send them back would cost me more than what I paid for the shoes!

Update-I wished I have read the reviews before I placed an order. This company should not allow to do business anywhere.

Also advertised as ELLE-VIRE—-BUYER BEWARE! Do your homework. These shoes were from the cheapest manufacturer in CHINA. I wish I could give this company a zero. They are a scam. First of all it took way too long to receive my shoes. Then, when I finally did get them, they are more suited for children’s pretend shoes-if you wear them out in the real world, they will fall apart. They are made of yellow foam…truly…foam. The only decent thing on the shoes is the sole.
Not only that, they are advertised to be good for bunions, yet they are so very narrow and tight, that they are a joke. Sadly, I didn’t read their return policy until AFTER I bought them. WE have to pay for return shipping to CHINA. Could be $35-and I paid $39 for the shoes.

This is a scam company, product is junk and all communications come from China. Returning their crap is impossible. I am contacting the BBB.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the choice. Terrible customer service!! I bought a pair of shoes from them, tried them on and they didn’t fit. Promptly put them back in the bag and reached out to request instructions on how to return them. They got back with me and offered me a 30% coupon for my next purchase but wouldn’t give me a refund for the shoes. I will NEVER buy from them again!!

Gross. So very gross. The shoes were nothing like pictured or described and were not a human size. Worst, the toxic smell of them gave me a headache that will not go away. Yes, these were sent to me from a local address but returns have to go to China. So terrible, do not even try it. I cannot even find an order number to begin the process, no email sent and nothing in the package.

HORRIBLE!!! This was quite a lesson- NEVER buy anything without checking whether it comes from some sketchy Chinese company. I should have known better when it would not take the discount code - this company is totally messed up. TOTALLY UNSCRUPULOUS. This is not how to do business. I hope they tank and get the karma that is coming to them. Too bad, because I thought the shoes looked really nice...

the item delivered was totally different from what I ordered. It is so cheap looking and about 4 sizes smaller than it is supposed to be. Returning it is going to cost me more money to ship to China..... DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Shipping took weeks. When sweater arrived from china it was a different print, different color, and thin and cheap. To return you must send it back to china at a horrendous cost which you must pay. Do not order from them!!!

Very disappointed. Advertisement says 100% cotton and when I received it….the label says 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Then to top it off says…..must be returned to China. When advertising it said shipped from USA. Shipping to China costing $25. and up. False advertising exemplified! They could improve by being honest in their advertising.

Horrendous experience tried to return an item impossible as no email sent to me with the barcode needed to return it

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ELLELOOK. THEY ARE A SCAM SITE. THEIR REFUND POLICY IS TERRIBLE AND RETURNS ARE COSTLY. I PAID $50 USD FOR A LARGE LAP DESK AND WHAT ARRIVED IN THE MAIL WAS 2 PIECES OF CARDBOARD THAT FIT IN A LETTER SIZE ENVELOPE....SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...
