The blouse I ordered was not as pictured and looked like a beginner sewer made it. Terrible material and workmanship. As mentioned the return policy is not worth it so I will be donating it.

I ordered a Dress and a Pair of Shoes that I have not received yet I made my order on June 25,2020 and here it is July 24th and I have not received my order they have received my money through paypal but have not sent me my items there is no way to contact them but through email and they are not telling you anything about your order I'm wondering is this a scam I'm gonna call PAYPAL in the morning and put in a claim for my money back they should not collect money until the item has reached the destination once the mail person or the ups puts in the computer that the item has been delivered that's when they should receive money other than that don't waste your time ordering from this company

Don't never, ever order from Ellelook Shoes. I ordered 06/20/2020 I got my order 07/23/2020 not only that, they sent wrong color and they crammed 3 pair of shoes in one small box. They was bent shuff marks. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS UNGRATEFUL ASS SITE. AND I'M GOING ON FACEBOOK AND TELL EVERYONE. PLUS THEY HAVE NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL THEM.IF I COULD GIVE A -0 I WOULD.
