I have been waiting for my order for a month now. Their email does not work and the emails keep bouncing back. Please do not order from Urban Society. I think its a scam. The website is also not working now.

Never received item nor response after many emails.

I purchased a shirt that was described as linen but when it arrived it was 100% polyester and truly awful quality. I have asked for a return and refund but no response. Seems like this is a scam outfit so please do not buy!! Like many similar sites, bad reviews are followed by 5* reviews to cover the underlying problem.

Can I give a Minus 10 review? I bought a shirt and it took more than a month to arrive. When it did, the material is AWFUL! its so cheap! I cant believe they are still in business. DONT BUY!

I cant believe the bad reviews, look like they're all written by competition. I had an excellant experience. Ordered 2 Hakken pants by accident, wanted 1. Messaged them, got a response in a day, I could either get full refund but I pay shipping (I'm in Canada) or keep them and get 40 % discount. Being that they're well made and my picky son loves them, its a no brainer, we kept them. I hope I'm not setting precedence by telling everyone what happened , also, this was during boxing week, so I don't think you should just go ordering 2 crazy and expect the same response. I'm definitely going to order more, I like their stuff, and size was medium, fit my 6' skinny son well.

Look at the positive reviews all done in a two day period!!!! Never bought anything from them but after the reviews I can confirm no money from me scammers

It’s been over two months snd I haven’t received anything. They are overpriced and they won’t answer my emails!! I want my money back. Please don’t buy from these scam bags! I want a refund now ! I don’t want your cheap overpriced clothing.
This is why you shouldn’t buy off the internet… people like them who take advantage of people who need to pay rent!

The shipping took an absurdly long time (around 2 months), the quality of the clothing is low and seems cheap. I bought 5 pieces of clothing and it was around $400, the clothes are very overpriced considering the low-quality materials used. The smell of the clothing, when it arrived, was very questionable. Other than this, the style of the clothing is great, and the sizing is decent.

HUGE SCAM, the measurements are all wrong on the site, and they lie about what materials the clothes are made of, super low quality stuff.
when it comes to do a return the say they will offer 100% if you ship it back and never give you an address or even answer your email.

The clothing presented on the site differs greatly from the actual product. Really cheap and low quality definitely not worth the money. There was not even a packaging.
I bought a kimono and converted it to washing cloth.

Do not order from these people my daughter who is only 17 spent her only money ordering a coat from them and they took the money and have never made any contact it’s been 2 weeks and nothing, they don’t even reply to emails 😡😡

I ordered 3 pieces of clothing came out to $125. Don't mind the price but has to be quality products. Complete garbage straight out of China. This company needs to be transparent about the country of origin of their products. Stop trying to act like a trustworthy North American company. Stop calling it Japanese street wear when it is Chinese.

multiple items didn't feel up to par with what I paid for. none of these things are worth the price that they advertise. I got a weird feeling when I noticed that their 'discounts' never go away, they were never discounted, its just a false price inflation to make you feel like you got a good deal.
i am beyond disappointed
