I've had a terrible experience with this website.
They do not offer the possibility to exchange or return your item, they say this is disclosed in their FAQ page, but it is utterly broken and doesn't display any information at all.
if you are a EU citizen you can use your online consumer rights to get them to refund your item
A very poor user experience overall, very sad because their designs are cool.

Unreasonable Return/Refund Policy
I highly recommend looking at their return and refund policy before purchasing anything from them. If you end up unhappy with the size of the pants you ordered, they won't let you exchange or return them for a refund. You are also not allowed to get refunds on any item you purchased that was on sale. This company obviously does not care about their customers.

It took over a month and a half to get the two jackets that I ordered and when they arrived both were the wrong size! When I contacted them, they said they would not refund me or send me the correct sizes without charging me more... what the hell?
