I ordered for my grandson waited 4 months never received ! 6 times I contacted them and every time same story it’s in transit but the tracking # always says not updated ! Finally after 4 months I contacted PayPal resoultions and they contacted urban got a refund ! Terrible service

Wow, we had great customer service at the very beginning but now they've just gone MIA the moment there's an issue.

I order a 'large' jacket off these guys (I'm typically a medium but wanted to play it safe)

The 'large' was TINY, I had a look at the sizing chart and measured the jacket myself and it's WAY smaller, it's marked as a large but it fits my 5ft'2 girlfriend perfectly who typically wears an XS.

And postage took 3 MONTHS! I'm feeling a little scammed. I'm happy to edit the review once we find a resolution.

Normally their responses prior were quick, since emailing them about this issue they've just completely ignored me.

I do think the jacket is good, but clearly I need it swapped over for an XL, and if they use the same postage as they did previously it's going to be another 3 months until something arrives.

I know it's not the post in general because I've ordered HEAPS of stuff from china and all over the world from Wish and eBay and all arrived within a few weeks.

Took for ever apparently “it was lost in the mail” material was not what it claimed to be when I ordered it and they aren’t returning my money 😡

They sent me the wrong size and the pants were a different material from the picture. Stopped responding to demands for a refund.

I'm escalating a claim to paypal to get my money back.

Update: I got my money back thanks to Paypal's claim services. And then UrbanSociety had to the gall to tell me they had initiated a refund after speaking with management. Uhm. First of all no. And second of all, why would you need to speak to management when you opened your email claiming you were a cofounder? Dumb.

This company is trash. I ordered joggers 4/26/20. Today is July 4th and I still have not received my order. And I can’t Blaim the virus because I ordered shirts from them back in November and got them a month later.
Save your money and time

Been shopping with them on different times and received every item ordered and true to fit (do your own research on your own body type)
Due to this pandemic time (specially in california), patience will be tested.

Urban Society has delivered my expectations, still has my support and has not disappoint.

Got some chino pants pretty good quality but the dream hoodie could of been better...

Ordered a jacket 6th of may and it still hasn’t been shipped internationally. I have allowed 3 time extensions at the request of urban society but when I’ve demanded to cancel my order and be refunded they’re now ignoring me. Very unprofessional and just taking money at this point.

order a mask 3 months ago. It took a month to het the tracking information. The Charlie guy keeps on saying to have patience but since 13 juni it's stuck at customs and the track information has expired. I've given up on ever receiving the mask.

I'm still waiting for a jacket after ordering on March 25th. As of writing, it's now May 11th. I understand that we're currently in a pandemic, but I would hope that a jacket could be shipped from wherever in the world would arrive in due time, not close to 6 weeks

Still waiting for my order. It has been one month since I ordered my clothes. Please don’t buy from them. My friend bought his pants from a different website actually came but he said it was the wrong color. To understand these companies. I was reading through the company‘s policies and it says you can return items for a refund but The item must be full price not discounted, all the items on the website is discounted so forget about that.

I ordered a Face Mask back on Mar 24, it is now May 1 and never got anything...Didn't know it was coming from China otherwise I would have not ordered...This Charlie guy is probably a 1 man operation, he lists items on website...Do Not Buy from this Company, Rip off, they will upload a fake tracking and you will never receive anything...Luckily I paid for a Cheap mask under $20.00 was gonna order more but glad I didn't...Stay away from Urban Society, they are a SCAM

Don’t buy anything from this company.

I ordered 1x mask from them on April 14, 2020.
I got a tracking number and checked on it and it keeps getting sent all over China and it’s not even in the United States yet. I contacted their support and “Charlie” just told me sorry for the delay, please be patient.

Reading other people’s post on here, it seems like others also had similar issues with not receiving their order.

Its April 27, 2020 and I still haven’t received my product yet and it still seems to be circulating China.

At this point I’m not even expecting to receive my product anymore.

Absolute trash company.

I bought 2 masks on April 4, 2020. Today is April 25. Received confirmation that it shipped on April 6. Tracking shows no progress. Contacted the company 5 times and someone name ‘Charlie’ keeps telling me to be patient and to check the tracking in a few days for an update. After a few days I track the status and still no movement. He says the exact same thing in every response he gives me...5 times. I asked for a refund out of frustration and they refuse to because it has “left the warehouse.” Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Is the owner of this company aware of what’s going on? If not, they should. I’m not giving up though. I will contact my credit card company and get this taken care of. I feel like they have stolen my money.

Its just chinese bulk resale thats been marked up to well over twice its value. Bought a mask for 15 dollars, it was clearly worth maybe 2 dollars and came in generic packaging. Dont buy.

My son ordered a jacket and we never received it.

They sent him tracking information saying that it had arrived in Sugar Land, TX post office and was not delivered. We went to the post office assigned to us with the tracking number and still - no jacket.

My son tried solving this himself with a number of emails and "Charlie" said this was not his problem.

I did send a note as a parent and will let you know if they resolve the issue. Either send the jacket & confirm arrival - or refund his money.

As with many online retailers specializing in things like techwear/urban attire, you've got to be cautious.

This is a sorta drop-shipper style store; they don't make their own clothes. They sell other peoples stuff, and it comes from a variety of sources. Some good. Some bad.

I placed an order recently for 2 items to give them a shot; A parka, and a pair of joggers.

The order took quite a while to arrive due to being shipped from China (not surprising, nor uncommon). When it came, the joggers were missing. The parka, however, was actually REALLY nice; great quality, perfect fit, and no issues whatsoever.

I contacted support, and after some back and forth, got a refund as soon as I asked for one on the pants.

Will I order from them again? Maybe. You've got to really pay attention to what you're ordering; some items will be better than others, and any time you order anything made in China like this, you need to look at what all it contains. Zippers? Buy with caution, as they may not be the best quality. Does it have text on it? Proof read all the text from the photos hard, because frequently there will be all sorts of typos.

Finally, sizing is going to be another important thing to pay attention to.

If you do order, be sure to do so when you can get a large discount so you can get a reasonable price, and don't expect everything you order to be as nice as it looks in the photos.

If all else fails, consider just looking for similar stuff on Amazon; at least there you can see reviews from people who provide sizing information and photos of items.
