Firstly, the Social Media managers' censorship of reviews is a bad look. If that wasn't bad, censoring actual reviews on the website is an even worse look. Don't even bring up the fake numbers and popups regarding people viewing the item, or have purchased an item in the past X days. All of the above is very shady.

Here's the thing. I think I dropped close to $400 dollars on this merchandise, merchandise that some other dude makes and they buy to sell, just like many other companies do. I used the site to get a "discount" (which is definitely probably marked up 20% and then the 20% is reduced at checkout to make it seem like a real discount, because I've visited this site many times over the past 12 months curious about buying an item, but magically these sales are always running, the same 14 people are viewing the Graffiti hat and the same 17 people have purchased it, and the same guy from Singapore is still buying the same jacket), but I could and will use any site other than theirs to buy the exact same product, even if it cost me a few dollars. This company just operates that shadily.

The least they could do is advertise their products correctly and run a respectable online store. For example I ordered the Graffiti Hat. Scuffed out of the package on the black text on the white side, the text on the bill of the actual physical product is reversed, the text under the peace symbol is illegible and blocky and small, and black or white is bleeding all over fiber where black or white should not be. Translucent sewing/stitching thread sticking out everywhere, and sometimes even white thread.

So the hat was bad, and they're bad business people that censor reviews on instagram or their actual site. I bought a jacket with many of the same issues, with thread sticking out everywhere, some pants where a metallic clip is held was ripped out and i had to stitch it right out of the bag, and honestly the other pair of pants is fine, even if it's not the material that the page said the pants were made of. Don't look at that section, its just vague categories that often don't even apply to the product.

Nice note about first and foremost always being customer oriented on your About Us page, too. Just like the Graffiti hat's product photo, that was deceptive too. Way to be consistent.

Item quality is not worth the price and one of the jackets i received isn't even the same one i ordered. ships from china and will take approximately one month to deliver.
bought on sale and found in the refund policy they don't refund items that were bought at a discount...!!?? "Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded." -Refund policy

Don't believe the estimated delivery times. It will take a minimum of 4 weeks for anything to make it to you from this Chinese company.
When it finally did get here, the order was wrong. To be fair, they said they are sending the correct item but I guess we shall see when it gets here in another 4 to 6 weeks.
Funny though...I ordered a cover for my phone from another company and it is here in 4 days...and correct. This company is just incompetent.

Not even worth the cheap price of admission. we ordered a couple of garments for weeks before Christmas and today January 12th we finally received the materials. place multiple inquiries into the company to find out where the items were only to hear nothing but silence. Tell you any garment arrived we open them and realize why they're so cheap. These are not quality clothes and don't think they're going to last long. if I had read reviews prior to
making this order for Christmas for our son I wouldn't have purchased this

I ordered 2 things for my son for Christmas on 12/8/19 and I just received the package today 1/13/20. He went back to college and will not get these until he comes home for his spring break. The clothes are cheaply made. I’m embarrassed for him to wear them out. I would give this company 0 star. Please do NOT order anything from them. I really wish I viewed all the negative comments before ordering.

Wish I’d have looked at these reviews before buying. Products are cheap and tacky. I’ve contacted them via email for their refund address but they sent me back two emails asking what was wrong and then to send pictures. I asked them to just give me the returns address and they’ve not contacted back but have time to update Instagram? Typical rip off merchants, you have to pay to ship it back to them as well alllll the way to China.

They don’t even respond to comments left on here so you know they just want your money. Fine I bought with credit card so they’ll give me my money back and take the money of them.

Ordered a beanie two months ago, have been charged- have not received the order or a response to my inquiries

I have never wrote a review before but this company. I ordered a total of two pairs of pants and two jackets. And when my order came. I received a HAT!!!! Complete scam. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered two jackets for around $65 dollars. One of them is paper thin and they are both very small. Took over three weeks to get these.

This company is sadly a disgusting scam. The products are cheap China market with no brand and their cartboard label attached. Sizes Are too small and they run a no return policy.
In my question to return the items I bought because they where too small instead of accepting this they replied that they could sent bigger ones for an even lower price so they could even make more money. Really shamefull and sad business practice. Stay dat away from this!

Everything smells like China. Cheaply made product. Everything is always on “sale”. Products come two sizes smaller than what you would expect. And their return policy is crap so, if you’re apply to return it lucky you.

Before I processed my order, I had a question about sizing. I emailed them and they were quick to help. Just received my items today and I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered some trainers from them and after they took payment, decided to tell me that they were sold out and would I like them in another colour to which I said no. I messaged them through Facebook which they were quite quick to reply and to be fair they did refund me shortly after. I just think it was bad that they took payment before checking But I'm glad I've read reviews here so I won't be ordering from them ever again.

This company is a sham. Products arrive from China, shoved into unbranded plastic mailers. The quality is not good and its clear that sizing is an issue for just about everyone who orders from them which counter-intuitively led them to develop a policy of no returns, no exchanges, etc related to sizing issues. I actually consulted their size guide and still ended up with two jackets that are too small. I was told I could pay an additional cost for new sizes...no thank you.

This products and service are absolutely disgusting.. I bought clothes.. Size was wrong... They don't even want to change.

If I could give zero stars then I would. I ordered an item in the beginning of June and it still hasn’t been sent to me. The tracking has told me that it has been sent to Alexandria and I did NOT write that location for my shipping address. They did not reply to my 3 emails until the last email stating that I would further actions if I do not get a refund.

This is the worst online store ever and I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this organisation. Don’t even bother browsing through their website.

I bought the half grim t-shirt , it arrived damaged , low quality & did not look like what was presented on the website whatsoever.

I tried getting a refund for 2 weeks. They kept stalling me until they eventually "agreed" after i started threatening with paypal.

2 days later they tell me " Sorry, the refund didn't go through because of the open Paypal claim. Kindly close it and let us know once done so we can try to process the refund again. Thank you. "

I took this to reddit and they immediately told me i was being lied to. If i had closed the claim , i'm sure they would've told me to go fu** myself.
I escalated the claim and under 24 hours paypal refunded me , but i learned that Urban Society is a sketchy and untrustable vendor. The clothes on the website look nice , but what they actually deliver looks like garbage. And they sure as hell won't refund you.

Again , don't buy ANYTHING from them.

Would definitely not buy from this organisation. We ordered items in May and it is now the end of June and we have still not received them. At first they Sent an email to say they couldn’t deliver to our address and that we should contact a local post office to obtain the parcel! They couldn’t tell me which post office! No calling card was left by the delivery person either. After emailing them to say we had not received it, we eventually found that the item had been returned back to them, as they had not put the correct address on. We emailed them to advise them of this, and they said they would resend the parcel. We then received an email some weeks later to say that the parcel had been delivered. Upon checking the tracking number with the post office, the item had been delivered to a completely different address in a different city. The post office said that the company had been using multiple addresses on singular tracking numbers. Luckily we paid via PayPal and PayPal have opened a case for us to obtain a refund. We are still waiting for a solution but are hopeful to receive our money back! Also didn’t realise the items were coming from China!

All you order from urban society you can Find on alliexpress at 50% less and the time for deliver ia the same.

Ordered a jacket on January 22nd its now February 21st and I still haven't gotten the jacket. I contacted them and I received an email saying
" we checked the tracking and It says your jacket Is in transit still, sorry for the delay"
I can check the tracking myself which I have been and the last update was January 29th saying it was processed through USPS in china. That was the last update on the package. Still waiting probably gonna get the jacket mid summer, that is if I even get it. I don't suggest shopping on this website. I wish I would have checked reviews about the website first. I found the sight through a ad on Instagram, thinking Instagram wouldn't promote bad websites.... Well i was wrong.
