We ordered a new front door. Bit of a mix up over fitting dates - communication from head office is not brilliant. Installers were polite and considerate. Had a slight issue with door not aligned correctly but fitters were back out the next day to remedy this. Despite the hiccups, would use this Company again.

Shropshire Home Improvements replaced 5 windows for me. Jason,Wayne &Jeff were polite & very efficient. Got the job done quickly & professionally. Very pleased with the result & would recommend the company to family & friends.

To see a father and son work so well together and so happy.Ian and Ryan Nikidd.They worked quickly and effectively always cleaned up after each day.They were both very well mannered and respectful of me and my property.The finishing touches were excellent. The choice of window is very good.I choose bottom opening for my kitchen over my sink and half way up my stairs . I've recieved a phone call two months after installation just to see if everything is okay. That to me is a good company. Thank you for all your hard work from rep(Mark),surveyors and office staff.

Ordered 6 windows and a Porch from Alan the salesman. A week later the Surveyor came to measure up and indicated that lintels are required for 4 windows. Several months later the builders arrived cut out brickwork installed lintels and made good cleaned and tided after themselves. A week later the window fitters came Father and Son Team Ian and Ryan who immediately started work on installing windows laying down dust sheets and cleaning and tidying up after themselves. The second day the Porch was constructed a really professional job well done. Many thanks to all concerned at Shropshire Homes Improvements Limited.

The workmanship and overall service was excellent. Very pleased with what I got.

We had an insulated internal roof installed in our conservatory. Ian and Ryan were so professional and polite and they did a fantastic job. They even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. 100% recommended Shropshire Home Improvements Limited to anyone who would like improvements made to their home.

When agreeing for Shropshire Homes to complete the job which we had placed on check a trader and they quickly responded,
we explained a quick installation would be required due to the bathroom window not closing and it being winter
We went ahead with this and agreed for them to complete (5th November 24)
When no intallation given I filled out contact form -NO REPLY
I also eventually managed to get hold them via phone and was advised that the lintel ordered would be in that day and then an installalion date would be arranged.
Still no reply so again I phoned and spoke to a gentleman from intallations 29th November 24 who asked if the 18th December be ok and this was agreed
Im carer for my mother who has dementia and arranged
care for her so I could be home .
I waited but no sign of installers so rang to be met with the answer machine stating they had closed for christmas .
Throughout my dealings i have feel they have misled me , given lip service ,difficult to contact and obviously lied . My advice to potential customers dont believe a word once you sign the paperwork and [paid the deposit it all changes how they treat you

Alan was lovely salesman. Not pushy at all, we went ahead and ordered windows x9. Fitters (Ryan and Ian) did a great job fitting. Left minimal mess, hardly any damage. Each day cleaned up after themselves. Lovely guys. Quality of windows look and feel great. Made improvement to our temperature in house.
Reason for dropping a star is down to after service not great.
I noticed a damaged beading strip with fitter said he'd order and sort for us within a week.
Ive had to make several calls to office now and despite agreeing a repair date, its still not fixed. 17 days waiting to fix broken bead. I'm sorry but not good after care.

We have now used Shropshire Home Improvements Ltd to install two replacement window units in our lounge and a replacement patio door unit in our dining room. The installation was completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the results. When the original team (Josh and Andy) came to fit the patio door, they noticed a fault which had slipped through the quality control process at the factory where the units are built.
As they were unhappy with this, any without any quibble on our part, they arranged for a replacement unit to be ordered. Jason, Wayne & Jed came back a couple of weeks later and fitted a brand new unit. We have been very happy with the workmanship and attention to detail of both teams. We have already agreed a quote for the company to replace all our first-floor windows in Spring 2025.

Excellent service from start to finish. Yes the windows are not the cheapest out there but its definitely a case of getting what you pay for.

The sales team were not pushy and sort to work within our budget.

I initially had all windows and a front door replaced but was so happy with the quality of the finish and the practical benefits that I ordered a french door for the rear.

The fitters Ian and Ryan were top lads, very clean in their work and extremely professional. the one room was extremely small and cramped but somehow they managed to fit the window.

A couple of my initial windows were not quite to size, they could have filled around the gaps and left it as was evidenced by my previous patio door. They were honest to the core and clearly took pride in their work as they evidently wouldn't accept anything less than perfect. The new sizes were ordered and were fitted along with my newly ordered patio door within two weeks.

In the future I may seek further work on the house and I wont hesitate to recommend this company.

I recently had my garage roof replaced by Daz from Shropshire Home Improvements it was completed in two days which was brilliant considering how cold it was he worked very hard was friendly and professional I would definitely recommend this company and will use them for any future jobs that I require

what impressed me they took time to cover driveway and protect outside from damage and the team where friendly and did and excellent job and had had so many comments from neighbours .

The standard of workmanship was excellent . All installers were trustworthy, polite and tidy. They worked speedily and carefully .

We had a new backdoor fitted in November and we’re very pleased with it. Daz (the fitter) and his colleague were polite, efficient and clearly talked through all of the paperwork and the operation of the door. We’re pleased with the product.

From measuring to fitting went better then I expected. Everything I wanted was completed, finished to a very high standard by the skilled team. Home left clean and tidy excellent job from start to finish.
