We are very pleased with our new garage roof installed by Shropshire Home Improvements. The sales team and surveyor took their time telling us through what they could offer. Their price compares really well to what someone on our street recently paid. The workmen Daz and Jason were very friendly and hard working. They got through the work in the time they estimated and the quality is really good. We opted for a rubber roof with new joists and boards to replace an ageing fibre glass covered roof and corrugated plastic cover between the house and garage. They reversed the direction of the slope on the roof and put in new guttering. The new roof is much better insulated than the old one making it much more pleasant to work in the garage on a hot day. Overall very pleased. Thank you

I really don't want to waste anymore time on this company but basically we had a composite front door fitted, within a year it started making the most dreadful creaking noise, someone came to take a look, oiled it, then said it was bowed, SHI said this was their suppliers fault, after a few more visits and chopping and changing excuses, the original fitters came out to check it was fitted correctly, a self licking lollipop if ever there was one, great guys but turned out it wasn't fitted correctly, accusations i was rude to someone on the phone, i asked if calls were recorded could they highlight the point at which they perseved me to be rude to the particularly unhelpful call taker, turns out they are not recorded so only one side heard. I was left feeling like i was imagining these issues and a nag... i would never use these guys again, i don't doubt when they're good they're great but when theres an issue bullish behaviour kicks in. I still have emails indicating narcissistic behaviour. Polite and curtious fitters but blimey the rest! No doubt the response from the company will be they kept trying, I'd say refitting the hinges a number of times is a waste of everyones time and their money

A great company, from first contact to completion everything was done within the timescale advised, and all doors and windows were replaced in 2 days. This was the only company that looked inside and out of our property, advised possible alternative configurations to the windows and front door and provided the quote before leaving. All the people we dealt with were friendly, polite and professional, highly recommended. There was 1 problem, caused by the window frame manufacturer, which was addresses promptly and caused us no real problem.

My flat garage roof needed relaying and was done by this company. Ian and Ryan carried out the work in an efficient, tidy way and I'm very happy with the end product.

We have just had new Windows and Doors fitted by the wonderful team of Ian and Ryan. The greatest compliment we can pay them, is that you wouldn't know they had been here, apart from having 14 new windows and 3 new doors!! They totally respected our property, cleaned up after themselves each day and their attention to detail in finishing off the trim and sealant around each item was second to none. A great job - thank you!

Shropshire Home Improvements have just completed our work. They were so professional and hard working. The three lads that came, after introducing themselves began working immediately. So knowledgeable and worked really well as a team. The end result after just a week is brilliant. They listened to any queries we had and always explained the different stages to the work. Just to say we would recommend them whole heartedly. The plasterer and the electrian that came were just as polite and professional. Thanks to everyone.

This company provide a efficient service from start through to completion. We had an insulated conservatory roof installed and two conservatory windows replaced. The whole team including the fitters plasterer and electrician were respectful to both us as the customers and our property. The after care was excellent too explaining and answering questions following the completed work. I would most certainly recommend this company and to anyone thinking about insulating their conservatory roof I would say that this is most definitely worth considering

From start to finish, the workforce and materials have been first class. Ben was not pushy on the sales visit, but answered all our questions about his products. We decided to go with triple glazing to replace our 20 + years old double glazing.
Ian and Ryan worked like Trojans, only breaking for lunch. They were meticulous in confirming measurements before fitting. They coped with unexpected snags and found solutions. Their workmanship was top notch. They always cleaned up after work each day and left the house tidy.
My wife and I were very impressed with the finished results. We'd certainly recommend the company and their products to others.
