Amazing Staff, easy key pick up.
Really helpful getting keys for locker on the first day of contract. Smooth process, only took 5 minutes to collect keys and shown how to use them on my locker and a very friendly member of staff.

James was particularly helpful ensuring I was all set with the app and code to enter the building, which is very secure, clean and well ventilated. He happily showed me the unit I had been allocated and reminded me of the notice period so that I wouldn't pay more than I have too.

Great storage facility. Well-constructed, offering lots of size choices, good security system, excellent HVAC, plenty of parking, and 24-hr access. I've used Shurgard several times in the last 15 years and I've always been very happy with them.
