Wrong code!
I booked an uber, arrived with details and code. Code didn't work, had to go to shop and get a new code, if had been outside shop hours, would of been a disaster. Then eventually got in, went to lock up and wasn't able to get lock to close, had to go back shop and get guy, he tried, eventually he got to close, it was too tight and the back of the door really needed filed down to allow the lock to rotate. If I was driving all this wouldn't have been as bad but the uber guy had to wait, I ended up paying him £15 extra for the 20 minutes standing about.
