Zero customer service, faulty goods
Tried to place an order as a repeat customer. Rang them to ask how to update details. They sent me an email requesting info that I replied to within 8 minutes. Heard no response. Forwarded the email again the next business day and still no response. Next day I gave up and set up a new account and placed my order. Arrived the next day in 2 separate shipments, no tracking info provided and delivered short. Tried to contact them and they told me to send an email. This went ignored as they have a generic email address that no-one seems to bother checking the inbox. Tried ringing them and after 30 minutes eventually get through. I am then told that it is too late to ship the short items that day - because Signzworld don't respond to emails or answer the phone. I was away for the weekend so replacement part turns up on Tuesday. Don't get chance to set the new machine up until Saturday. Working well Saturday and Sunday. Monday, left head will not heat up, call sales as it the only extension that is answered and was told an email would be sent to technical and marked as urgent to be responded to same day. It's now 19.20, no email and now the other head won't heat up. 2 days the machine has worked after being messed about trying to get it in the 1st place. Manager likes to make promises that she doesn't keep and blames other people. Service is non-existent and goods are faulty. Steer well clear!
Scammers with no shame
They sent me a faulty product and then never picked it up, no matter what, I had to take 3 days of to wait at bome. They lied to me and to ebay to stop me getting a refund. I am currently investigating this with the delivery company.
It was my hard earned nearly 400£ which they had no problem to take but they lost a possible long term customer this way. Worst company ever.

So I worked for Signzworld for a while.
And I have to say, it was the worst part of my life. All the stock is cheap rubbish and dangerous machines are knowingly sent out.
Managing director couldn't give a toss about his customers or employees, paying minimum wage, and acts like a 20p pay rise is something to be worshiped over. Not to mention, as clueless as he is, he hinders staff ability to actually deliver correct customer service, and punishes them if they actually try to help the customer.
If any of you are actually having trouble with your order, ask to speak to the managing director Aliy, as he's the one creating the problematic situation for you.
I could write a whole list of things to justify how bad this company is, and it's not the staffs fault, it all comes down to the managing directors.
So if you have an issue, ask to speak to the Managing director Aliy Lee.
Hes the typical, smile to your face, stab you in the back piece of 💩
Also, you'll have a very hard time getting your refunds back, since they delay them on purpose.

Ordered a heat press, received a the wrong item. Contacted them straight away to find out why I was sent the wrong item and when the right item would be delivered. I was advised that the right heat press would be sent out immediately and the wrong one would be collected the next day, but that was not the case. I waited in for the collection and called in to be told that the collection was not booked in and no one can help me.
I have been chasing and going around in circles just to get my item or at the least the wrong item to be picked up and refunded. Stuck with a item I cannot use. From rude HANGING UP the phone when been told they have made a mistake to unhelpful staff and receptionist , I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Terrible company to deal with!
Terrible company to deal with, I ordered a heatpress for next day delivery, received a tracking number, delivery never turned up, when I contacted them to find out when it was going to be delivered I was told “It hasn’t gone out because there was parts missing, but I could have a B-grade one instead” which I declined and asked for a refund.
4 days later and no refund, contacted them again and was told the item was out of stock which is why it wasn’t delivered, (So the first time I called the staff member clearly lied), I reminded them that I was still waiting for the refund, they said it would be issued that day, 3 weeks have now passed since I placed the order, many calls and messages have been made and sent and still no refund!!
I’m now having to make a claim via the payment provider to get my £650 back!!
If I could give zero stars I would, this is an awful company with terrible customer support, my advice - don’t use this company.
The most incompetent company I've ever dealt with
Do not go near this company! I have a heat press from them, which burnt out. They told me that I had to pay to replace the element, which I did. I ordered a month ago and they sent something much smaller than the original element. I emailed and they took days to get back to me. They sent a replacement after I returned the first one and it was exactly the same-wrong again. After going around in circles with emails, they eventually checked the product (should this not have been done first?) and told me that they'd advertised it wrong. I explained to them that I had been left without a machine and was really in a rush to get this sorted and they just don't care, they take their time to respond to emails and are in no rush at all to fix the problem. They've now received the second incorrect item back, I haven't received the replacement yet but hopefully it'll be right this time. Twice I have had to drive into town and pay for parking to return items to a Dpd shop due to their error. Considering that I originally paid them a month ago, they are absolutely taking the mickey. In one email they called me the wrong name and said they'd received my voicemail- I hadn't left a voicemail. It's almost like they're trying to wind me up now as I cannot believe that anyone can be so incompetent. Despite admitting that they are advertising the press wrong, I have checked the website and haven't updated it, so are still selling the incorrect item to customers. After all this, if this doesn't fix the issue with my machine, I will be absolutely livid and won't hesitate to contact trading standards.
They use words like 'endeavour' and 'should' rather than assuring me as a customer that they will fix the issue that was their fault and not mine. In every email they say they're short staffed or training staff- it's excuse after excuse for the poorest customer service I have ever come across. I would avoid this company at all costs, particularly if you're a business and need a reliable supplier.
UPDATE: The third replacement element has now been delivered and it's wrong again- I'm sure they just keep repackaging the original one and sending it to me!! If you're reading these reviews thinking maybe you'll chance your luck at buying from this company, don't.

Beware. they won't add all items in the parcel then IGNORE you for 31 hrs and then say they can't find the order, then suddenly ask for pics of the address label and contents received, and then do nothing for 5+ days. lucky klarna froze further payments and my bank chargeback the money I already paid.

I paid for an item which I was told would be shipped a few days ago. I've had no email to say its been sent. So called to get an update. No one answers the phone when you request shipping updates. So went to sales. Was promised a phone call back - it never came!

I consistently used to use this company like a lot of people in the reviews, but PLEASE, for the love of god, do NOT use this company. Even if you think they have a bargain. There is no sales aftercare or customer service, so if you run into a problem, they will not want to help you. There is something very suspicious going on with this company. They aren't deserving of the 1 star. I always ordered my sublimation blanks from them, and also had a few machines with no problems a couple of years ago. I ordered a mug press from them in December through Ebay, which when it arrived, wasn't like the photos. I had to battle through an Ebay case (Ebay being very helpful throughout) to get a refund and for me to send the item back. Signzworld sent me a Royal Mail label (shocking considering it was at Christmas time and during strikes and huge delays) and the item was collected from me on Dec 21st via Tracked 48 hour delivery. Royal Mail tried to deliver it on 23rd Dec, and the tracker kept saying it failed for a few days until there were no updates on it past January 3rd. So today, I called Royal Mail, and they told me that the address doesn't exist!! So Royal Mail can't do a single thing because the address isn't even in their system. So the machine wont get delivered, and will go back to the "returns address" on the label that Signzworld themselves wrote on, which is the same address under another company name? Absolutely appalled and I'm out over £100, some other poor people out of pocket a lot more. I'm lucky I ordered through EBAY so I have protection, but my refund is going to take extremely long. But this company is not registered to they address they provided me to return their item to. Will not touch this company again and will urge others not to as well. Stay clear!
They have a very clever scam going on.
They have a very clever scam going on. If you order multiple items from them they bundle them all together under one tracking number. They send out one of the items and it is delivered normal and the tracking updates to register delivered. The problem is it also registers the other items as delivered too when in fact they were not sent out at all. This way when you place a paypal despute its refused because according to paypal and the lies from signzworld they were all delivered. So they robbed me of neary £100.00. With little recourse. Not a company I would ever recomend to anyone. Steer well clear.
Wrong item- now being ignored
Ordered two items 100 single smash proof and 25 double, completely missing the double and have 125 single. Delivered Wednesday emailed that night, emailed again today, phoned twice and been have been ignored. Promised a call back from a manager and nothing, it’s now Friday evening so nothing will happen until Monday. Absolutely shocking customer service, the only person to apologise has been the receptionist Gemma but she isn’t able to resolve the issue. The person in customer service yesterday was completely disinterested, oh well we will need to arrange to collect the other one and then when we have it we will send what you actually order- no oh I am really sorry just we will inconvenience you more to fix our mistake. So far nothing has actually been resolved, I’ve had to order from subliblanks and will continue to do so due to the shocking service this will be the last order I place with you, it’s all most like you don’t want to keep loyal customers. Have used you for 3 years but the customer service the last year has really slipped and is now losing you customers. If I don’t hear anything on Monday then I’ll get in contact with the bank and get them to claim the difference between the two items back from you. I did also mention to Gemma how misleading your website is promoting a discount code that’s actually expired so customers think they can get 10% off but actually they can’t. I’ve emailed the proof of this in my email too. I’m sure I’ll get a quicker response to the review over my email.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have had a couple of problems with my heat press since I bought it. When you ring they tell you to email. When you Email they tell you to get a spanner and fix my own problem. Then ignore the problem that’s the worse one. The temperature is 30 degrees less then it should be so it does not press correctly.
Poor service and customer service
This is the 4th time having issues with this company.
First time, everything was sorted with help from one of their colleagues, Ryan, but apart that everytime when i had an issue or complaint, i've been sent over support department via e-mail where the reply takes not less than 48hrs.
I've been purchasing from this company for years now and i never complained about 20-30 mugs broken in a pallet even if is costly, but i accepted that they have to carry on with the business, but when i ask for help and advise with my issues they just follow a script in the chat.
I will never order from this company again.

Avoid - still awaiting refund
Worst company I ever dealt with.
Purchased a large heat press which was delivered a few days later.
We didn't unpack immediately as the space it would be living wasn't ready yet. We opened a few days later and was horrified to see the machine was scratched, obv used and seared vinyl to the top plate.
I immediately contacted the company who just offered me a refund. Being as the unit was 45kg and now in a garden office, repacking and returning would have been very hard to do on my own (I had help when delivered) so the company agreed to pay £80 to have the machine repaired and top plate replaced.
When the engineer came, he tested the unit and found it to be not only used but faulty and dangerous - reaching 600°f and caused smoke as if on fire. Even the engineer didn't replace the top plate, I had to pay for his time which cost me the full £80
Utterly horried, I contacted the company again and while there was lots of apologies and a quick collection since then my emails are ignored and I've still not received refund a refund (they wanted to give me a partial refund but obv not agreeing to that)
Rob was supposed to help me - but just ignores my emails. No way of speaking to someone so totally reliant on email and online chat.
They say all the right words but don't honour there promises
I've lost business not to mention the sheer time and stress
Looks like I'm going to have go via small claims court, but least that way I can claim for loss of business and stress and hopefully lots will read this and be warned against this dodgy company..

UPDATE #3 - I still firmly believe that their customer service needs changing and for you to be able to speak to someone who can help over the phone. I’ve received two emails since requesting to change my feedback, not once have I blamed them for what TNT did, what I have done is called them out on how they responded before and after. I finally received a new heat press, after they tried to give me back my old one which had been left out in the rain. My new heat press didn’t even come in a box!!!
UPDATE #2 - TNT collected Monday, two days after the collection, all of a sudden the parcel it at my back property, having been left out in the rain for who knows how many hours (not signzworld fault I know, however, once reported TNT’s customer service puts signzworld to shame, they couldn’t have been more apologetic and keeping me updated with the complaint). However, I told them this info at 9am the next morning, by after 4:50pm after 2 phone calls chasing, I am phoned to say they will take a look at it and repair it. They’re not even offering a refund or replacement for a heat press which has been left out in the rain!!!! I can’t even claim with the delivery company as I didn’t arrange the collection. I will personally be dropping the heat press back off tomorrow. I will update whether I receive a refund, a replacement or whether we will be going down a more legal route. What a shambles.
UPDATE - if you ever have an issue with your item, you have to pay to return to get it fixed…. I am on day 3 of discussions with no outcome yet, still no phone call!
An issue has occurred with a textured area of my heat press resulting in an uneven print. After a very quick response of them telling me it’s essentially user error (uneven pressure), even though I provided photographic evidence of said textured area and it’s been working 100% until this issue occurred. There isn’t a phone number for support either, I called and was told that they’re just a receptionist and the only thing I can do is email 🙃

In 18 months they have put there prices up by 51%, for the same items
April 2020 £31.79
July 2021 £41.99
NOV 2021 £48.00
The quality hasn't improved, still the same uneven and grainy covering.
The cost of external postage hasn't increased.
I'm sure their response will be because of Brexit or the Lockdown the cost has increased.
Funny how I can order direct from china the same items, including shipping and import duties and they are still cheaper then the April price, in face they are less then half price.
