The wrong vinyl was sent

I have always had good service from them and always found them very helpful. The wrong vinyl was sent. The faf to send it back wasn’t worth it. They Wanted a picture or the item plus picture of the package label emailed before they decide what to do. Wasn’t damaged (in which case I could understand pictures) just the wrong item sent. Since writing the revue they have called me and apologised for the service received. They have also reimbursed me for the product without return. Well done.

Although one of the items sent was not…

Although one of the items sent was not correct, meaning I received the same item twice. They were able to explain that the same stock must be in two different locations. So of course that is no problem? (irony alert)

Poor aftercare

Got to say I am severely disappointed with the customer service from Signzworld. A year ago I bought a press, after 10 uses or so the press started to become impossible to use. It was taking two people to clamp it down if we dared to press more than one product.

It took over a month of speaking to them before they would accept the return. Owing to COVID and other issues, the press is now back with them and they have sent a video, of the press apparently working. Despite it being switched off in the video and not in real time scenario.

Absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated.

Total mess on send out broken goods then try to get you to pay more for different ones. Better off using wish avoid

Double mug press

Double mug press: one side blew after 11 mugs, the other side blew after 2 mugs. Company were not helpful, just told me to buy another, which I did but never used it. What they said was a consumable included the metal integral part of the machine. No way could I recommend them.

I'm sincerely sorry that you have had some issues with your press and unfortunately the mug mats or mug attachments are a consumable item as with any supplier, these items are interchangeable and also replaceable once they have come to the end of their life cycle and therefore are only covered for the first 30 days from receiving the delivery, If you would like to discuss this issue please email us at support@ukcutter.co.uk F.A.O Rob and I will look into the original conversation and be more than happy to try to advise or resolve where possible.
