Double mug press
Double mug press: one side blew after 11 mugs, the other side blew after 2 mugs. Company were not helpful, just told me to buy another, which I did but never used it. What they said was a consumable included the metal integral part of the machine. No way could I recommend them.

I'm sincerely sorry that you have had some issues with your press and unfortunately the mug mats or mug attachments are a consumable item as with any supplier, these items are interchangeable and also replaceable once they have come to the end of their life cycle and therefore are only covered for the first 30 days from receiving the delivery, If you would like to discuss this issue please email us at support@ukcutter.co.uk F.A.O Rob and I will look into the original conversation and be more than happy to try to advise or resolve where possible.

Glass coasters are hit and miss (not Signzworld fault) but the manufacturer
They have recently appointed a new customer service manager Martin who has been most helpful and I am sure that all the previous service issues will now be ironed out as he has sorted out my coaster issues.

Great place with helpful staff
I bought a mug press as part of a 8 in 1 deal from Amazon and it was cheap crap, fast forward 6 months I finally went and bought a mug press.
Fortunately I got it from the good folks at Signzworld who have not disappointed. The mug press was the UK mug press and it works like a treat.
I also struggled to find a 6oz attachment for it but I sent an email over and it was swiftly sorted and the correct attachment for the mug press was recommended although I haven't yet bought that attachment it will be purchased shortly.
First dealing with this place and it was excellent. Very happy

Ten stars, i bought a cutter and decided to upgrade my software,, unfortunately i had problems with my drivers,, i contacted signworld and Ryan was very quick to try ahd resolve my pc problem,, cutter and software was not at fault in anyway,,
Due to i work commitments i was not available during there working day,, but Ryan the true professional work around this,, cant thank him enough,, all sorted out, and working a treat..
If you need a cutter ect,, this is the place to go,,, brilliant customer care.

The Royal Mail not so swift, they sent it from Birmingham to Tyneside. It was then sent it back to Birmingham, then on to Stafford. This delayed delivery.
Otherwise from a product view, it was perfect..

Totally Pathetic excuse for a company
Totally Pathetic excuse for a company!
As I've said before, a 1 star rating is too much! My item was returned to this excuse of a company and received 8 days ago! Promised a refund of the item plus a percentage of the original purchase by way of apology for this taking 7 WEEKS TO NOT RESOLVE and I still don't have a refund!
My advice? Go and buy elsewhere, because if you've got an issue they really do not give two s**ts!
