Horrible. They approve me then never send me anything then say I need to open a new account because their system isn’t compatible with chase bank a huge company. Then won’t tell me what is compatible and said I was denied and refused to answer anything after that and deactivated my online account. This is a scam. I will be monotony identity because of them. They asked for so much personal info and said I was approved then acted completely sneaky and shady.

Setting the loan up was easy and the rep I spoke to to verify my information with was very courteous and professional...however, I seeked out this loan looking for emergency help with some bills and was told I would receive it within 48 hours. But I didn’t.

I was accepted and then denied a loan cruelly
I was accepted for a loan, they sent it to the wrong bank, I had too figure this out myself. Then after the money was sent back after 48 hours of worrying they denied me for the loan. I had to speak to 4 different representatives in a 4 days period. This was a traumatizing and dehabilitating experience. Now after being accepted for 4 loans from 4 different companies they are all denying my measily 900 loan that I can easily pay back. Sad and dissapointing. Not good business, that's what happens when you leave a large company like Bank of America after banking with them for 31 years. They go head over heels to screw you.
