I want to return the blanket-it states easy returns. I have emailed them 4 times now and they are ignoring me.

Don't buy anything from this company. They are complete scammers who charge your credit card right away, promise fast delivery and do not deliver. Order was charged on January 19. It's now March 29. Nothing has arrived or been shipped. Apologies for this "minor delay" and then no response at all. VISA is now processing a refund.

Recieved the weighted blanket as a Christmas gift could not be happier..
Ive had the cosiest deepest sleep ever its a game changer.

The Simplesleep weighted blanket is a very good product, but was too heavy for me. I returned the weighted blanket and cover on April 2, which arrived at Simplesleep on April 9th. Today I have received email that my purchase will be refunded in full.
I appreciate the reply, and will look forward to the refund.

A customer service nightmare. Blanket was too heavy and uncomfortably warm so I returned it as per their instructions which cost over $30. It was delivered two weeks ago and they have not yet acknowledged receipt nor have they refunded my money.

Complete Scam.. 2months haven’t received product and now that I’m asking for my money back.. No one is responding.. they’ve had my money since Dec 8 2023, it’s now February 5 2024.. I contacted them a few times now and Nothing…fraudulent website STAY AWAY

They sent the blanket immediately.
1) It's the EXACT same Chinese product you get on Amazon for half the price. Its not great. Did not help me sleep any better
2) I returned it, but they refused to accept the Canada Post delivery. So now they won't refund it. And they don't have a phone number to contact them - so Canada Post cannot reach them!!

Basically, you're not getting your money back. I wonder how people like this live in peace. Cheaters.

DO NOT BUY!! Everything appears to be legitimate. They even responded quickly when I had a question before purchasing.
I ended up buying two junior weighted blankets. I received confirmation that they received the order. A few days later I received notice that the order had been shipped, with tracking. After a few weeks I realized the tracking would always be stuck on the same page. After a month of no delivery I contacted the company via their contact us page, no response. I contacted the company the same way again, no response. I phoned several times but their number is not connected. Finally I emailed again. After 3 weeks of emailing someone emailed me back 'apologizing' telling me that they have placed a complaint with the shipping company and that it could take a long time to know where the blankets are. They didn't even offer to resend them. I contacted BBB and the company also never responded to them. This is a scam company, even if a random few receive their blankets....I would question whether or not the items that some people appear to have received are what they claim them to be.

They really don’t qualify for any rating. I ordered a blanket, got a copy of my order through the Shop app. Yesterday I received a message that it had been delivered . Not to my home! I eventually was able to speak the courier company and discovered that it had been delivered to a different address. I discovered that the address was another delivery company, Shiphero! The original company said it had been shipped back to the sender. The phone # for simplesleep is not in service in Mississauga. I emailed them and got a response that the parcel was not insured and my issue was with the courier. Obviously the company is a scam….I can’t contact Shiphero…no return calls, can’t call simplesleep…I have no blanket but a charge to my visa. BEWARE…don’t buy a thing from them.

I did finally receive the blanket that was ordered. 3 weeks after making the order and then finally receiving it without trackers letting me know when it would arrive. Lousy customer service and the blanket is comparable to the ones at Walmart.

I ordered a blanket on December 4, 2022. My credit card was charged immediately. I received an email with the order number shortly after that. Since then there has been no communication from the company. I sent email messages today and just got an automated reply. Obviously, the information on the website about same day delivery is false. I will have to wait to dispute the transaction with my bank. I do not recommend this company because they are not customer service oriented and they use customers' money to fund their business. Their product is not worth this hassle.

This company is a scam! They charge your CC and do not respond to emails or sent verification. Their “telephone number” in Toronto is out of service! BEWARE THIS SCAM!!

Ordered a 5KG weighted blanket as shown in stock and shipping the same day. 4 working days later I'd had no shipping confirmation so I contacted them to chase this up.
They told me the 5KGs weren't in stock but they were upgrading me to a 7KG blanket.
The item arrived in a box, within a box, the actual postage box was in fine condition, but the box inside that had the blanket was absolutely ruined, this was a gift, so I now had no box to give the weighted blanket in. Awful that the box was posted out in that condition.
The blanket ended up being too heavy - as i've seen other people comment on.
I emailed them and said this isn't the item I ordered and it's not right, please can I return for a refund or for the 5KG. They said they are moving warehouses so can't accept returns so either donate the blanket to charity and send them a receipt as evidence, or CUT THE BLANKET UP AND SEND THEM A PHOTO OF IT BEFORE THROWING IT OUT?! Once i'd sent either of these photos i'd get a refund. Literally never heard anything so ludacris in my life.
I emailed back and explained I don't drive, so can't carry a 7KG around, and have a chronic pain condition where cutting up and discarding a 7kg blanket, again, isn't that easy, and please can I just have a refund as either way, they're not getting the item back.
No response - judging by these reviews I will go through my credit card to get my money back.
COMPLETELY AVOID!!

An awful company....Avoid!

I ordered a 5Kg blanket for my 15 year old son! I was promised delivery within the week. 2 weeks later I received an e mail to say that they had no 5kg blankets in stock so they were sending me a 7kg one. My son is not heavy enough to sleep under a 7kg blanket. 4 emails later I have still not received an appropriate response! I have asked for a full refund and how to return the 7kg. To be told they can only refund me 50% of the item, an item I don't want!!! They take days to get back to you and delete comments on their Facebook site they don't like. I will contact my bank and get the money back, however I am disgusted that I have had to spend so much time on this. Please avoid this company!

Ordered 2 blankets, confirmed order then didn't hear a peep from them. Waited 2 weeks then emailed, twice. Still waiting on a reply. Now opened a case with PayPal, please don't waste your time or money on these cowboys.

This blanket isn't for me, a heavy weight on top of my body restricting my movement isn't relaxing at all.
I trusted the 100 days trial but I never received an answer back from customer service when I wanted to return the blanket.
Avoid this company

I received the weighted blanket, however it did the opposite effect when tried. I emailed and requested a refund 3 times, and 7 days later still no response!! Terrible customer service! DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISING.

Wanted to leave a review to share my experience with Simple Sleep - I ordered from Simple Sleep before I read the reviews on here and so glad I did.
I ordered from the UK and received my shipping notice next day and my weighted blanket within 4 days - really happy.
A super affordable and quality blanket - does the job and my sons ‘squeezes’ before bed help him settle.
So pleased I ordered - my experience was only positive 🙂

Awful!
With the different prices was expecting a queen-size. A twin arrived. I was also told I'd get a "free cover". Some flimsy throw showed up not a cover.
The company said they only pay for defective product return and I would have to pay return shipping on a 20 pound blanket which would be insane!
When I argued it was defective because I wasn't given my complete order, they told me to once again pay for shipping.
Scammers!!

Very disappointed with the customer service. My blanket arrived on a Friday. I was expecting a queen size blanket and it was a twin. I contacted Simple sleep and was told to fill in the return form, which I did. I actually filled in two forms. I did not hear back by Monday afternoon so sent in another request regarding a return label for my return. I was informed I would have to pay the shipping and yet their website advertises hassle free return policy. I will not do business with this company again and will discourage anyone I can doing business with them. Shame on You!
