As much as I hate Simplicity Energy...
As much as I hate Simplicity Energy, speaking to Tye has restored my faith in customer services! Without prompting she explained everything she was doing to ensure everyone which needed to be informed was tasked to resolve the problem and made adjustments to billing to ensure no payments before rectification. Hopefully they will do as required.

Worst customer service I ever seen
Worst customer service I ever seen. Moved to a new property 29th December. Since then still trying to register account with them, can't do a switch to other suppliers because they cancel switch all the time. They don't respond to my emails, I menaged to call them once, I filled (12/01/202) - moved in form, as they said, and still nothing, what a shame. You can't open new account for me? OK, no problem I'll find new supplier then. But why are you keeping me then? Let me go to another supplier, I'll pay you my bill since 29/12/20 till today, that not a problem for me. I can easily find other company wich will open new account for me without any problem.
How can I log in if you have never opened an account for me?

Tye was amazing today
Tye was amazing today and sorted out my issues sraight away, very pleasant and friendly lady.
Waiting times on the phone were 2 minutes which was great in compaired 40 minutes on hold trying to get hold of my old supplier.

Gone bust just as I transferred
I was supposed to switch today and have discovered that Simplicity has now gone bust.
Why on earth did they progress my transfer when they knew that their business was crumbling around their feet??

I have called simplicity many times with many problems I have incurred since I joined them. I have always found the customer service team very helpful even if problems still exist! I spoke to Helen today over the phone, I’ve been using email to correspond but found it much easier to call. I had a confusing situation, but the help I had from Helen was amazing. She explained everything to me gave me options of how she could help me. I came off the phone with a full understanding of my account and getting a lot more sorted than I thought I would. Thank you
