Simply Gym Bilston is by far one of the best gyms around. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained with everything you could possibly need from great free weights and functional areas to a brilliant class timetable, all included in your membership.

What really makes this gym special for me is the team who run the gym. Joe Bustin, in particular is always friendly, approachable and genuinely cares about the members. He’s constantly on the floor helping out, chatting with people and making sure everything runs smoothly. His energy sets a great tone for the whole place.

A massive shoutout also to Abbie, who keeps the gym spotless every day. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and it makes a huge difference.

The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment is top quality and the staff are second to none. Simply put Simply Gym Bilston is brilliant.

Jo, the Gym Manager, and the Assistant Manager Dickie are absolutely fantastic—as is the entire team they lead. The gym is always spotlessly clean, the equipment is consistently in perfect working order, and the staff strike the ideal balance of being friendly without ever being intrusive. Nothing is too much trouble.

Jo is incredibly open to feedback and regularly trials new classes based on member suggestions, which makes the gym feel genuinely responsive and community-focused. I’ve been to many gyms over the years, and I can honestly say this one stands out as a truly lovely place.

A huge well done to Jo for all her hard work. It’s not unusual to see her and Dickie rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in on the gym floor—even cleaning when needed. They lead by example and are brilliant role models. Jo and her team should be very proud of what they’ve built.

I sincerely hope Jo’s line manager sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves for her dedication and leadership. Well done to all!

The gym equipment felt old, tired and dirty

Everything in the gym is available that you need. It very clean. The staff are very friendly too.

I joined Simply Gym Bilston when it opened in April.
It’s a really nice gym with lots of equipment and free weights to use.
All staff are great, but was really nice to a friendly face Joe.
Joe is a really nice, approachable, helpful person and makes you feel welcome when on shift.
He is really good at what he does and simply are lucky to have him..

Excellent gym, equipment is amazing. The gym has a friendly vibe and all staff are lovely especially Joe Bustin who always goes out of his way to help.

Joined for the hyrox classes which are brilliant and easy to book onto.

Great and affordable 24 hour gym, and just as good customer service. Equipment is always good quality and plentiful.

Disappointed however that they now require biometric fingerprint entry contrary to Article 9(1) UK GDPR. It's possible they still allow PIN entry to those who ask, but I was not offered this option when signing up, which is very poor imo.

All staff are really friendly and approachable. I've had a session with a personal trainer (Jack) who managed to make me feel like my fitness journey would be doable and really enjoyable and i left feeling not scared! I've since had another induction session on how to use most of the machines and I've attended some classes which I've also enjoyed ( I didn't realise I could sweat that much from thai chi!) The gym feels well spaced out with plenty of equipment and choice of classes.

After breaking my leg my physio advised I needed to use 2 x exercises that required specific gym equipment, Hence joining this gym. My induction with Karen was great and my talk with Scott ref my injury was excellent. Unfortunately only after one session 1 of the machines was out of order. Hence not been to the gym since. I would recommend it, not sure if I will stay though.

A good variety of gym gadgets

The sign up was easy, the equipement was good. The gym was open 24*7. The prices are affordable. Not to mention, the dressing rooms are super-good. All for a highly affordable fee.

Rejoined a few weeks ago and blown away with my experience from having a warm welcome to fabulous classes.
Also very happy that the Wattbikes are still around.
