ITS A SCAM!!!!

ITS A SCAM!!!!! Bought a wowcher in January 2018 for £9 and then been charged £15.96 by simply lotto for four months! No reply from simply lotto, no surprise there. Had to cancel my card in the end. My advice to anyone going through the same is

****CONTACT YOUR BANK****

my bank fully refunded me my money back from the 4 payments. Also took me a while to deal with wowcher as they only wanted to give me wowcher credit as a refund... don’t back down to them, they eventually sent me a cheque in the post for my £9.

I like many people bought a £9 wowcher…

I like many people bought a £9 wowcher voucher in January 2018 and I have been charged £15.96 from March to date, I have rang simply lotto today on 0843 8497946 and its a call centre. This is a totally scam and needs to reported to the police and wowcher. has anyone managed to recover the money and if so how ? Thanks Jane
