What a scam!!! They have twice told me they would cancel my account but continue to take my money don’t reply to my emails and if they do just try to fob me off and say that they will give me 10 free tickets for an account that I can’t even log into!! As they take your card details you have to cancel your bank card to have a new one issued

SCAM ... AVOID
I was locked out of my account and kept being fobbed off so I asked them to cancell my account and suddenly my emails were being ignored. A week after asking to cancell my account I check my bank and see simply lotto had taken £15.90 out of my account. I was still being ignored so I've had to ring my bank and get simply lotto removed and all further payments cancelled. I belive this is a scam !!!

6 days after I bought tickets from them, still awaiting results, as the end of the month was 5 days ago. 300 scratch cards with unique ref. no. that I can't find out if I won something or not, I can't verify them, don't know if the tickets are actually real.
I do not recommend it to anyone.
