Not sure what others are moaning at... I think they're great
same as previous users
same as previous users, they charged me twice even using a card that was cancelled and I have emailed them but no response, Barclays says I need to set up a dispute which I am now doing. Avoid the deals like this on wowcher!
Can you ride? Bunch of cowboys!!!
I have bought from Simply Lotto through Wowcher a 99p ticket for the euro millions as one off and then cheeky Simply Lotto asks me to get another dodgy deal they have for an extra £1, at the time i thought it was a good deal but i was very WRONG!!!! Then without my knowlegde or consent they did set up a DD of £15.96 of every month to come off my bank account. Avoid this company!! They will rob you blind! I did e-mail cheecky Simply Lotto about this issue and surprise, surprise!! They never replied. Most of all is that they did not return the money they own me! It is impressive what some people will do to get your money, shame on you Simply Lotto!!!
Don’t even bother signing up charge you…
Don’t even bother signing up charge you 15.96 every month when all I signed up for was a Wowcher offer for 99p absolute shiite
SCAM
SCAM! AVOID. Wish I could give ZERO stars.
I redeemed a Wowcher code in February and ever since they have been taking £15.96 out of my account! I've called my bank and they can't even see it as a recurring charge, so the sneaky sods have set up some kind of hidden payment collection every month that even the bank can't see.
Dodgy website, dodgy hyperlinks, no details.. Should've known better, but I trusted Wowcher. Certainly won't be using them again. I thought they vetted their suppliers, but clearly not.
Same as others

They keep taking money when I never signed up,
I have tried many times to find out how I get my money back and stop the payments and they never contact me back !
Wowcher only refunded me back£5.00
And it's a voucher for there site where I can't even spend it !
DONT DO IT !!
I cancelled my account in March 2018
I cancelled my account in March 2018. I received an email stating sorry to see you go and my account has been cancelled, only to notice that money has been taken out of my account this month. I sent an email to cancel again and to highlight that money was taken out of my account. I was told I never confirmed I wanted to cancel. How strange.
Since I started I have not won anything.
No email from the team with up dates. Waste of time and money.
Taking money from
Taking money from. My account . I did not sign up for a subscription. Have asked them to cancel it. Have had no reply as of yet.
Scam stay away

Got it from Wowcher. Same story as others!
Now I have contacted Wowcher and asked for a full Paypal refund and said how disappointed I was due to the fact that they listed a scam site. Wowcher has contacted SimplyLotto and asked me to wait for 72hrs for their response. I urge others to ask for a refund! Don't waste your £9.99 for nothing!
I also bought an additional £1 from SimplyLotto site using my bank card and I assumed my details are now with them. I've been trying to find how I can remove my details but the info I see on my profile is limited. I guess I have to report that £1 taken from my bank since I got nothing but fake tickets and that's the only way I can block their future billing I didn't sign up for.

A scam.
Same as others.
Initial purchase through Wowcher, then made an additional purchase on the website for £1 which resulted in a subsequent £15.96 being taken from my account for a 'subscription' that I had not signed up for.
I reported the unauthorised transaction to my bank who successfully reclaimed the money and stopped further payments. The other two payments have been refunded after extensive complaints to Wowcher and Simply Lotto themselves. I would recommend others that have lost money do the same.
My online account still says that my numbers are valid for 'this Friday' despite the account being cancelled months ago. I feel it safe to say that no tickets ever existed and this is a scam.
Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else, joined through Wowcher and now taking monthly subscriptions.
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, a scam, trying to stop money from leaving my account!
SCAM
SCAM. WILL NOT REPLY. Hidden subscription. WOWCHER WILL LET YOU BUY THIS DEAL. Wowcher is also, pretty much, a scam.
O star not 1 star!!!
O star not 1 star!!!
Its the same as others.. been scammed!
No phone number and no other contacts but to email them direct from there website. They ripped me off and took £15.95 per each month even I told them to cancel it. Don't even tempt to buy in wowcher either cause you think it is a good deal.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS..!!! THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS!!!
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS, TO THIS 'SIMPLY LOTTO.'
They are steeling money...
'Simply Lotto' ARE JUST THIEVES!!!
'BAD IS NOT THE WORD FOR SUCH PEOPLE...'
They took twice from my account £15.96, after i purchase from wowcher.co.uk, a ticket for £9.
Terrible customer service- beware hidden subscription
Terrible customer service. Purchased a ticket from living social. Was offered on simply lotto 100 extra tickets for 99p. Not one to argue about a penny but they took £1 from my account and the extra tickets never materialised as the screen froze when ordering. Today I have had just over £15 taken from my bank account for a subscription I didn't even sign up for. There is a severe lack of response from previous emails sent asking where my 100 extra tickets were and no contact number. Avoid avoid avoid!
Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam, i purchased a super tempting deal on wowcher for £1 and unknowingly got roped into a subscription, they've taken two payments of £15.96 from my account. I contacted them twice last week to make them aware of this, to be reimbursed and to cancel the subscription, over a week later and no reply, there doesn't seem to be a phone number (not that i've seen anyway but somehow you can sign up via the phone ?), only a contact form. Anyhow, i had to get my bank to cancel the subscription and block them. I'll update if i get the refund but i won't be holding my breath on that one (-_-)
These people are scam
These people are scam! Never you spend your money buy these stupid syndicate cards. Made the mistake to buy 300 from wowcher.com. The results never came out.
