Very pleasantly surprised! I ordered wedding suits for my boys and couldn’t be happier. After searching all over for suits in the style and sizes we needed, I was very skeptical when they appeared to have multiple styles we liked, all with the sizes we needed. I fully expected my order to get cancelled after I submitted it.

Quite to the contrary, the suits arrived 2 days later (from the UK to Kentucky!) with free shipping. The suits themselves were just as described, and of very high quality. Really, couldn’t be happier.

One glitch to note for my fellow Americans: all of the pricing was listed in USD $, including the final order confirmation and the invoice I received with the suits. But when I checked my credit card, the amount as charged not in dollars $, but in £, nearly a 50% price increase. I brought this to the attention of customer service and they refunded the difference within hours.

Overall, a great experience. Would definitely use again!

I just received my order of 4 suits for my grandson's winter wardrobe. Delivery was within a couple of days as promised.

These suits, as always, are of such high quality and so well lined and designed. I just can't get enough of them.

Beautifully crafted suit, my son is so delighted with it. He will look do slick on the communion day. The customer service team were also great as there was a small administrative issue that was rectified immediately.

Superb service. I actually live very close to their unit. They let me pick up the item 3 hours after placing the order. They even allowed my three young children to try on suits at the unit. Superb service and very polite. Will use again. 5 🌟

The most helpful customer service I have ever experienced. Went the extra mile to ensure I was able to get the right size in time for our wedding. Suits are lovely and came quickly which was great. However when one of them didn’t fit I was told I could send it back for a free exchange. I had to pay nearly £10 in postage and wasn’t offered a refund on that as “sizing is not considered a fault”. I had to contact 4 days in a row without a single response, to get a tracking number for the returned suit as they never told me they received my package or that they had sent a new one off. Products are great but the customer service is certainly lousy and unhelpful, and watch out if you need to make a return or exchange because you’re told to send it tracked and when you do you don’t get your money back!
