Called Yiannis is a frantic panic after needing to get a gas safety test done before we could move house, he offered to come round that very evening to do it for us and was just the loveliest man. Very efficient in his work and gas safety test was sent over immediately after meaning I was all prepared to give it to the solicitor in the morning. Would highly recommend and will be using Yiannis’ services for all things plumbing! Thankyou so so much!!!

Boiler repair guys was excellent, came out at 9:30pm at night and had to replace a part. by 10:30pm, our boiler was running again. Very polite, tidy and efficient guy. Job done well and nice conversation too

We first met Yiannis 2 days after we moved into our new house when our boiler broke down. Since then he has consistently offered support in emergencies and general boiler maintenance. Yesterday we had a small issue with our boiler and Yiannis was there within an hour, despite me saying it wasn’t an emergency! Yiannis comes to service our boiler every year, he is very efficient and reliable, and very knowledgeable about plumbing and electrics. We had an issue with one of our light switches and he was kind enough to fix it while he was doing the boiler. He's a very nice guy and we would strongly recommend him.
