Yiannis was extremely professional and attentive when he inspected a leaking boiler over the Christmas period. He was clean and tidy throughout his work and explained in detail the issues.

After finding out my boiler wasn't working with no heating or hot water on a Saturday morning, Yiannis came out within 45 mins and sorted it and told me what needs to be fixed in the future, along with giving me tuition on how to work it if it was to lose pressure again. Would def recommend him.

So grateful to have found Yiannis. My boiler needed replacing as it was leaking but I had been let down a few times by other companies. I came across Yiannis’s company so contacted him to see if he could replace it. That same day he came out to have a look and investigate and in under 2 weeks from first contact our new boiler was installed. He’s even gone out of his way to help with other small jobs even though he is extremely busy. He’s so reliable, professional, helpful, trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy that will go out of his way to help you.

My boiler suddenly stopped working today, after spending hours trying to find an engineer, I was lucky enough to find Yiannis, who went out of his way to squeeze me in at short notice. He kept me informed of his eta and was upfront with a printed price list (very reasonable too).
He fixed the problem and even showed me things I could do in future to help the issue.
