Skan were quick to respond and come out to fix a hole in a radiator pipe after accidentally drilling through it. Even though was late in a Sunday evening they arrived in less than 45 mins. The engineer who came out was Yiannis he was a pleasure to deal with, clean tidy and very efficient. Overall think the repair was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We have used SKAN a number of times and the service has been brilliant on each occasion. We had a boiler breakdown when it was very cold, and I was suffering from a serious illness at the time. They came straight out and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend them. Friendly, responsive and excellent.

Yiannis came to look at my sink and explained what was wrong straight away. He told me it was an easy fix and that I could even do it myself (if I felt comfortable). He then said he wouldn’t charge me for coming out and went on his way. What a man. Would definitely use again, not often you get someone like this.

Our boiler let us down and we called Yannis which is a true professional and explained to us what was wrong with it. We decided that instead of repair it to have a new one installed. Very nice person which showed up in time and nows his job very well.

I had the pleasure of having Yiannis and Robert come and take a look at a problem that several other plumbers had failed to find, let alone fix.

Yiannis was polite and so friendly on both visits to my house and has fantastic knowledge. He was able to identify the problem and between him and Robert, has fixed my leaking water cylinder after months of it slowly causing damage.

He came out at short notice on the weekend for the initial visit and can honestly say, I cannot recommend him enough. A lovely person and brilliant plumber. As was Robert. Will definitely use him in future for any other issues encountered.

Yiannis arrived as promised within an hour. Was polite, courteous, resolved the problem and would not charge us! I insisted we pay but he refused. He explained the issue fully. Yanis was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the problem we were having with air source heating pump and then undertook the work for us.

Yiannis was great! When I called he gave clear instruction on info he needed to quote. I sent pics of current tap, new tap and plumbing under sink to give him good idea of job required. Quote was immediate and scheduled date quickly for following week. When he got a cancellation offered to bring work forward a day - even better!

When we moved to a new house we found that the previous owners had left us with a broken immersion heater, and our neighbours recommended Skan to us. Yiannis was absolutely brilliant! He was very clear about what work needed doing and how much it would cost. When he came to do the job he was pretty quick, and made sure he explained everything so that we understood it before he left. And on top of that, he's a really nice guy!

Excellent service, called Yanis (at 9pm) as he services my boiler, was here within the hour and gone again in ten minutes. Problem solved. Very reasonable price for out of hours as well

This is the third or fourth time I’ve used Yiannis and he’s just the best. We had a leaky pipe behind our sink that meant we couldn’t use any of our taps in the house. I text Yiannis at 2213 and he was here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Top bloke!
