Emergency plumbing repair
Yiannis responded to my plumbing emergency on the same day. I had found a leak coming from behind the toilet. He found the leak quickly and was able to stop it, giving me top tips if it ever happened again. Yiannis was courteous, informative and I feel upskilled in being able to deal with a similar situation if it ever occurred. Yiannis left everything tidily. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Highly recommended!
My Dad had a fall and dislodged the toilet. Yiann come out and tightened the toilet and pipe. He was VERY professional, friendly and did a brilliant job. I would highly recommend him.

Really helpful and friendly!
We had a problem with our living room lighting and Yiannis managed to sort it and give us advice on buying a new light fixture. He went out of his way to give us helpful tips to prevent the same problem happening again as well which we really appreciate! Couldn't recommend him enough!

I would 100% recommend Yainnis, He has helped me on a number of occasions for my boiler and he is always overly helpful and trustworthy. He shows me how to check for faults myself and even made me a video so I could remember. He is brilliant.

Emergency Boiler break down.
My boiler had stop working about 9pm I call Yannis who came to our aid within one hour. His knowledge and professionalism was exceptional the boiler was fix and advise was given on boiler. I will highly recommend SKAN Plumbing and Heating LTD to anyone.
