I had a problem with an outside tap not working. I contacted Yannis to see if he would be able to come and resolve the issue. He was very prompt, and able to come on the same day. He has a friendly manner, and the quality of his work is excellent. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem very efficiently. Would definitely recommend him!

Yiannis went out of his way to help me with my boiler problem. He quickly ascertained what the problem is, and even pointed out that it is still under guarantee, so arranged for Worcester to do the repair. His bill was very reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Yannis was brilliant. He arrived to our freezing house in the pitch black with his torch, identified the problem, and talked us through how to use the boiler. I would use him without hesitation and recommend him highly. Five stars from one happy customer.

I can call on Skan plumbing any time with the most minor or big problem they have helped me out from a leak under the sink they came at 8pm and fixed, to fitting a boiler and radiators. Very friendly and helpful especially with instructions on how to use the controls

I recently moved into my new home, and the heating and hot water didn't work. I called SKAN and Yannis came over that evening.

I called SKAN over the weekend as my boiler broke down. Gianni's came over and he told me that the boiler needs replacement and so he did on Monday. I couldn't believe I had a new boiler installed in less that 2 days. Excellent service and very polite person. 100%

Honestly honestly, I trust Yiannis wholeheartedly. He is immediately reassuring and really helps to calm when I'm concerned about issues. This is the second visit he has made to me, both for faults which had nothing to do with him initially. Yiannis has been able to effectively find the faults and has taken time to explain and put me at ease. He is such a kind and genuine person, it's an absolute pleasure to have him in my home. I cannot praise him highly enough. He has a fabulous work ethic and he's very knowledgeable. If you're reading this and wondering whether to book him then I can say, hand on heart, you will be extremely pleased with the service and will not regret it. Yiannis is an absolute star!

I called Skan Friday evening as my boiler stopped working. Saturday first thing in the morning Yannis came around and he fixed the problem within a few hours. I have to say until today is the only engineer who has explained to me things about boilers.
He is so knowledgeable, professional and polite. He even showed me a few tips I could do in future.

Without a doubt Yannis was more than up to the job. It was not a simple situation, but Yannis took it all in his stride. First and foremost you want someone who can fix the problem. Secondly you want it done for a reasonable price, and I can honestly say that Yannis delivered on both counts. I was more than happy with the result and all the effort provided by Yannis. As an added bonus Yannis is a very pleasant individual. I don't often write a review, but I have to say that in the future my first port of call will be Skan.

I have had the pleasure of Yiannis, Robert and Micheal supporting me with a new boiler installation and relocation after my old one packed up. They were very efficient and considerate as I have a young child. I couldn't recommend them any higher. They undertook the work in just over a day after bringing the date forward for the installation as it was highly likely I was not going to have hot water or heating. As a woman with a child, I felt comfortable and relaxed while they politely worked and didn't mind my child wandering in and out, which I find is a rare occurrence. I couldn't be happier with their exceptional work. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
