I discovered skin excellence clinic in wells three years ago I popped in to the clinic for some information about the treatments they do and was advised that the treatment that I was researching would not benefit me.
At this point in time, I was unconfident about my appearance and after briefly talking to Dr Strawford and the warm knowledgeable reception I received from him and the team I was keen on having a proper consultation. During the first two years of visiting the clinic i was having treatments that were beneficial and helped improve my appearance which gave me more confidence in myself.
Since having different treatments at the clinic, I was open to anything new to help improve my appearance as it was definitely changing.
At the end of last year Dr Strawford asked me to take part in the new Julaine treatment program where I had the 3 initial treatments over the course of a few months and I was amazed how quickly my skin had improved It became visibly smoother, glowing, more healthy looking and fuller. My confidence has gone from strength to strength, due to the compliments I’ve received since having the Julaine treatment.
A new client that was in the clinic when I went back for a follow-up that just came out of her consultation was really inspired by how my skin looked so much so that she booked in to have the treatment herself without hesitation.
The treatment is noninvasive and not painful. I have been back for a top up because I want to keep the appearance improving

Today, I had Silhouette Soft threads with Dr. Strawford. I am blown away by the results already. My face is lifted and it looks sculpted too. I felt so relaxed and at ease. Dr. Strawford is professional, friendly and is excellent at what he does. I also had Ellanse filler in my cheeks, with Dr. Strawford, in 2018 and the results are still fantastic 5 years after.

Natalie is also incredible.

Once again I cannot fault today’s experience of visiting Dr Strawford today for derma fillet ( after a very in depth consultation on which treatment best for me )

I had a very good experience with Skin Excellence. The reception and admin team are very friendly and helpful, despite the fact I rearranged my apt about 4 times (sorry!). The treatment I received was very good, and I was made to feel comfortable at all stages of my apt. Everything was well explained and the offices are lovely. Good service, I'd definitely use them again.

Myself and my mum went to see Dr Sarah Jenkins at the Wells clinic. I spent time beforehand reading all of the reviews etc so thought I would leave my own! This was such a great experience. I was made to feel totally comfortable, I was given all of the info beforehand and Sarah was lovely. The lady who assisted was also great :)! The location and clinic itself was also very clean and nice.

I recently had a combination treatment of Morpheus8V, Vtone and Votiva (FormaV) with Skin Excellence Clinics. I have been having ongoing problem's with urinary urgency and stress incontinence and have been feeling very low and depressed about it. I was treated by Dr Ian Strawford who explained what was causing my ongoing issues and the best treatment available.
The combination treatment helps by strengthening the pelvic ligaments and muscle which in turn helps with urinary urgency and stress.
This treatment has been such a life saver and I am so happy that at last there is something out there to help women like myself who are suffering from this rather embarrassing condition that affects our day to day life.
Skin excellence Clinic is very welcoming and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fantastic clinic.

I arrived 20 minutes late for my consultation appointment, soaking wet, having got hopelessly lost in Plymouth in a howling rainstorm.

Natalie and Carly couldn't have been more kind, proffering hot tea dry towels and sympathy.

My meeting with Dr S was reassuring, interesting and informative. He's a realist about people's expectations and explained things clearly and concisely. I got the impression not only that he cares deeply about his work, judging by the amount of research he does in evaluating the latest techniques and products, but that he is an expert in his field.

Most importantly, he did not attempt to "upsell" or put me under any pressure to commit to a treatment plan. With the result that my initial apprehension was swiftly replaced with a feeling of confidence, reassurance and greatly looking forward to my next appointment!

The Clinic is lovely and so are the staff even before going booking an appointment is easy and they are very helpful. Dr. Strawford is great asks what you want and what your expectations are from the treatments and explains fully what will be done and what results you should expect. Even after the treatment you can ring anytime to ask questions if you are worried or want to know something.

The facilities are good, the staff are friendly and the procedure was clearly explained. There was no rush and everything was carried out professionally and gently with aftercare opportunities available.

I went to the Skin Excellence clinic to see Dr Mihaela Coman and Dr.Ian Strawford for mole removal. The tratament itself was pain free, efficient and is already healing very well 3 days later. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone, the team are friendly, professional and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you very much

Felt very relaxed from the minute I stepped into the clinic. Felt reassured, and was shocked how quick, easy and completely PAINLESS the procedure was. Didn’t even feel the injection of local!
The clinic is extremely clean, felt very safe in there considering all “covid” situations. Will 100% be returning for further treatments in the future.

This was my second time having Ellanse filler with Dr Strawford, the first time being two years ago. I had the filler around the under eye / cheek area which helps give me a fuller look to my face. There was barely any bruising following the treatment. Highly recommend Dr Strawford.

I have attended Dr Strawford’s clinic on quite a few occasions now and I am always very pleased with the treatments. It almost feels like doing home!! So friendly and caring. Would never go anywhere else!
