After years of suffering in the menopause and nhs prescribed HRT not working, I have been so impressed with my journey so far with Bio hormones. I met Dr Strawford and team for the first time this week at the Plymouth clinic. They were all very welcoming, and un- pretentious. The clinic is also beautiful. I had radio-surgery to remove a mole from my face just above my right eyebrow! It’s a mole I have been self conscious about for a long time. I arrived to the clinic 5 minutes before my appointment and was seen to almost instantly. Dr Strawford took me through a consultation and answered all my questions and concerns before allowing me to decide wether or not I’d like to go ahead with treatment. The treatment was done with precision and ease , I received a local anaesthetic to numb the area and then had the procedure. I was spoken to throughout the whole procedure to inform me of what was happening and it was over within 5 minutes without any pain. I was informed of how to look after the area and healing over the next couple weeks before a clear spray was used to protect the site. I was also emailed all the post procedure care advise. The whole experience start to finish was seamless and I’d highly recommend the Skin Excellence Clinic.

Amazing in every way! From the first contact I had with Skin Excellence they were amazing, really helpful over the telephone, professional and friendly, when I arrived at the clinic on the day of the procedure I was a little nervous. The team made me feel at ease and were very welcoming. The clinic itself has a lovely feel and a welcoming vibe. The team made me feel relaxed and I was able to feel excited about the treatments. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and the procedure was pain free and very quick!
