Excellent service
I have been visiting Dr Strawford clinic for the last couple of years for treatment. I would not go anywhere else as I completely trust him and his expertise. The reception staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. I have had the silk thread lift and it’s made me feel and look amazing.

Approachable and caring from the start. Very informative of all treatments available made me feel reassured they know what they are doing and have lots of knowledge on skin care.

Natalie was fantastic at making my booking and welcoming me into the clinic and Dr Ian explained the treatment in great detail and performed the treatment efficiently making me feel very comfortable at ease! My experience was very positive. Dr Strawford was very patient to answer my questions and concerns before and after the treatment. There was a little painful when injecting the anaesthetic, but it's endurable. Rebecca's gentle touch on the back of my hands was comforting and the breathing method she taught me was very helpful for controlling the anxiety. The treatment result is almost immediate and I'm happy with it. I had less swelling and bruise than the PDO threading I had 3 years ago. The whole process was enjoyable, highly recommend.

Dr Strawford is a highly qualified doctor and a Master of his craft. I have had many differnt treatments over the years with Dr Strawford and completely feel safe and relaxed knowing that my results are always going to be fantastic. I actually look younger now then when I first started seeing Dr Strawford many years ago. When I first started seeing Dr Strawford after a serious accident I had completely lost all of my confidence and it was really effecting me... Dr Strawford was very understanding and completely made me feel at ease and wasn't in any way pushy, he really listens and genuinely cares about his clients and not just about money... I also felt more at ease knowing he was also a GP. Thanks to Dr Strawford I am now a completely different person, I can't Thank Dr Strawford enough for giving me back my confidence and life... People are always shocked to find out my age as they always think I'm about 10 years younger than I am and people that know me always tell me how well I look yet have no idea I've had anything done... You can trust with Dr Strawford you will get great natural results that take years off but without that awful fake over the top look that many people end up with from someone that doesn't have the same standards or experience. I'm very grateful I came across Dr Strawford years ago and completely trust him with any treatment that I have done, as now days it's very concerning how many people are being trained in a weekend and then let loose on people's faces often resulting in horrifying shocking results and leaving the person absolutely devastated.. With Dr Strawford you can feel completely reassured that aswell as being a GP for years, he has also been in this business along time and is trained to an exceptionally high standard. I completely understand why people travel from all over to see Dr Strawford as with his long standing reputation you know you are in safe hands.

I felt confident that Ian knew what he was doing and good answers to the few questions I had. Natalie is also wonderful and together a great team. They made me feel very comfortable and very welcome.

I was feeling abit anxious when I arrived at the clinic but Dr Strawford and his team (Natalie & Rebecca) were as always amazing. Dr Strawford took his time to explain fully what to expect in the procedure and answered any questions I had and made me feel so at ease. I had complete confidence in Dr Strawford with his vast knowledge and experience. During my procedure he stopped to show me the progress and to make sure I was happy and relaxed . I’m always extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend.

The information they give you before and after the process is highly thorough and easily explained, and the overall experience really puts you at ease. I would highly recommend

Always receive a positive service. Covid precautions excellent with no drop in the whole experience. Very comfortable in the knowledge Dr Strawford will do the right thing for me, will only make recommendations that will help me and leave me looking natural and refreshed. Any queries are answered quickly and efficiently. Loved the Instagram videos during lockdown. The VIP programme makes a huge difference and is well worth joining.

As usual, excellent results and experience from Skin Excellence Clinic. I have been going to Dr Strawford for years and have always been very happy as he has a less is more approach, and the results leave me looking just a better version of myself. I can text to get an appointment and if I have any aftercare questions, Natalie is always incredibly helpful. Other treatments, that might be beneficial, are discussed, but never in a pushy way, the aim is to inform, rather than make you come to a quick decision. The clinic is lovely and there is parking nearby.

I would recommend visiting Dr Strawford's Clinic for mole Removal with Radiosurgery to everyone. The staff were all professional but friendly which made for a comfortable atmosphere. Dr Strawford was excellent and explained exactly what Radiosurgery entailed and what was to be expected. It was quick, painless and the end result was what I had hoped for. I couldn't recommend the Skin Excellence Clinic in Wells more. Truly. You won't have regrets if your experience was anything like mine.
PS. The Clinic was very clean and had a calm and relaxed feel about it.

When I arrived I was feeling a little bit nervous so said to the lovely staff how I was feeling and they absolutely put my mind at rest and dr strawford was amazing and so fast felt like 2 minutes great staff great price highly recommend
