I went to the Skin Excellence clinic in Plymouth to see Dr Ian Strawford for mole removal. The treatment itself was pain free, efficient and is already healing very well 2 days later. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. The team are friendly, professional and it was a great experience from beginning to end! Thank you!

What a lovely experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Dr was great and suggested alternative ways to achieve what I wanted - I really loved the ethos he works towards as treatment should be complimentary which is what I’m looking for - growing old gracefully (or so people might think 😉)

In the removal of my senior warts Dr. Sarah Jenkins was excellent, the treatment and care was 'top notch' from Skin Excellence clinic and the results completely satisfactory.

If you are considering treatments, go for the nicest most honest and experienced professional who will take time to explain treatments, their effect and what to expect realistically.

I attended the clinic in Plymouth and was treated twice by Dr Strawford with Rebecca holding my hand... (God bless that woman!)

I had over 20 moles removed from my body and face in one session which actually took less than 45 minutes.

I cannot express how at ease they made me despite the procedure being uncomfortable (while having local anaesthetics injected - my eyes definitely watered). I didn't feel at all rushed or pressured into anything. Dr Strawford obviously knows his stuff and I only wish I had gone sooner.

I am writing this review 6 months after the first procedure. The scarring has been absolutely minimal using the radiosurgery and I am so pleased with the results. I attended again to have 2 of the moles reduced further- they had been very raised and pigmented and required a further treatment to remove completely which Dr Strawford explained may have to happen after the first treatment.

I was worried about have a procedure on my face if the scarring ended up worse than the moles but it's been life changing, after feeling very conscious about them all my adult life I feel more confident and wish I had this procedure done years ago.

From consultation up to the day of treatment, I was dealt with professionally and respectfully.
I was put at ease from the start and I am extremely pleased with the results.
Would highly recommend Dr. Strawford and everyone involved.

Great practice, very knowledgeable Dr who gave me lots of options! Decided to go with the tixel x 3 treatment plan to help tackle my acne scarring!(🤞🏼 it helps) Rebecca who performed my treatment was absolutely lovely, she put me at ease straight away! Can’t wait for my 2nd treatment!

Great experience - doctor was very knowledgeable about different treatments and patiently answered all my questions. I felt it was important to get an expert's opinion on fillers I'd had previously at a different clinic which I felt had not been satisfactory. I travel a long way to visit Dr Ian Strawford. I trust his judgement and I know that he has my best interests at heart. He only gives you the treatment you need and always makes time to talk anything through.

I visited the Wells practice to have 3 moles removed from my face via radiosurgery. From walking through the front door I was made to feel welcome by the staff. The waiting area is lovely and calming and I was able to have my consultation and treatment on the same day, which, when travelling a long distance was very welcome. Dr Strawbridge was kind, down to earth and very gentle and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and his wonderful staff to everyone.

I would thoroughly recommend Skin Excellence. De Stratford is probably the best in the business. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I trust him completely to advise on and perform the best treatment for me. All the staff are brilliant and are always there if you have questions or need help.

Best of the best - Outstanding service offered by Dr Strawford and the team. I was a nervous patient upon initial visit a few years ago but Dr Stratford invests the time to listen and understand your concerns. Delivering exceptional quality, he makes you feel totally at ease and talks through every procedure in detail answering your questions. You feel safe in the knowledge that he is a first class Dr who is meticulous in the way he administers the treatment but also provides the highest standards in his beautiful clinics. His depth of knowledge is totally remarkable. I have had Botox, fillers and a Silhoutte Soft thread lift and can honestly say that after these subtle changes I really do look 10 years younger - I am delighted. The lovely Natalie is also on hand to support and answer questions and makes each visit a joy.

This was my second visit for my course of treatment. Again everything was very professional and I felt very relaxed with the whole procedure and felt confident that my well-being was paramount.
