Bad customer service

The service was not up to standard of its competitors. I ordered creatine and it took more than a week to dispatch and I got the order a full 10 days later, bare in mind I live in london. When the item arrived it was damaged with the powder spilt all over the packaging, this is probably not their fault however when I asked for a refund they took 10+ days to process and even respond. This was annoying especially as i was told the refund would happen couple days but they didn’t even refund me.

Waited a week for delivery

Waited a week for delivery. Ordered everything i wanted. It said it was in stock. Four days later i get told there was no stock. I have no luck

Skinny dips

Slight delay in delivery as one item was out of stock, they did contact me with alternatives and once I’d selected my alternative items were shipped and delivered in 24h. I would recommend this company, products are of good quality and I will be buying from here again.

First order took 3 weeks to arrive

First order took 3 weeks to arrive, second order was placed in 3 weeks ago and won’t be recieved for another 2 weeks… no heads up, no status emails, no communication at all. Had to phone twice, was told delivery would be monday but thursday informed it has still not been sent out. I was informed by skinnydips that it hadn’t been sent out to the courier after 3 weeks.

Missing half of order

Missing 8x protein shakes which made up half my order so i had to order new ones elsewhere. Pretty irritating so wont be ordering here again.

Wrong flavours and long delivery.

Took 10 days for the order to arrive. It arrived a day after my email asking for an update and did not have the flavours I ordered. Ordered vanilla and strawberry but got vanilla and latte. I hate cold coffees!
Not a good experience for a new customer.

Delivery took way over the time they…

Delivery took way over the time they advertise. It took my chasing them multiple times to actually get my parcel delivered - my friend who recommended me to them actually waiting about 16 days to get her stuff delivered

Good products and really good prices…

Good products and really good prices only problem is the communication was not great as they waited for stock to come in, but did not inform me about the delay and then another product was out of stock and it was replaced with a alternative item but again no communication otherwise where really friendly on the phone

Poor service

Poor service. Only ordered Tuesday but not yet dispatched. Away on holiday next week so emailed asking for order to be cancelled. No response yet. Spent just under £50. Want the order cancelled and refunded!

Never received my order

Ordered on 12th June and it is now 10th August still not received my items. Sent several emails and had no response and when you try phone them you are sent to a mail box which is now full.
