Really quick repair of PS5 controller, excellent communication throughout.

Sent my controller to SkinPixel on a Thursday lunch time buy Friday morning I received a call to confirm it was fixed and ready to be sent back. Received today extremely impressed with the service and good value for money. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Skin Pixel. They were quick to respond to all my questions and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. I was initially worried I'd have to throw my controller away, but they fixed it perfectl and in no time! The turnaround was impressively fast, and I felt reassured by their dedication to getting it right. Highly recommended for anyone needing controller repairs!

Carl was very quick to reply to emails when discussing a future purchase but became non existent and ignored emails when my order arrived not up to scratch and I questioned the final outcome.

Waited 11 weeks from when I sent my controllers in to get customised and designed, discussed what I wanted done even though he didn’t do the names on the back of the controllers I requested and he agreed to, nearly £200 for 2 of my supplied controllers to have a custom design.

Order arrived and the final outcome looked nothing like they did in the mockup photos, the quality of the work was very poor considering how much he charged for this, none of the lines were straight or clean, paint was bleeding into other parts of the design, letters all out of place and disoriented and smudged, it is a shame you can’t post photos on here to show you the shockingly bad final outcome, everyone I have shown have been shocked that they even passed a final quality check before being sent out, D pad on one brand new controller I sent in is now constantly squeaking, disappointing service all round and I would not recommend for custom designs, high price long waiting time for delivery and final outcome is sub standard.

My O buttons was stuck and the touch pad doesn’t work as good but everything else was good 👍🏼

Communication on website and email was fantastic. I ordered the mig switch simply to back up my own games, and the website provided updates that were in line with expectations (given the nature of the Mig's problems).

When it became apparent there was a supply problem, I used the Web chat and got a reply in a day or so; and eventually (and in line with chat and updates), my order was fulfilled. I can't thank them enough for the kind service, as a first time customer for such a difficult launch. ***edit - some people have labelled distributors of the mig as a scam - as they quickly realised what I think was this problem via preorders not being fulfilled to them to dispatch efficient to original timetables, they eventually saw fit to stop taking orders, which think is respectful - i cant speak for the skins themselves, but I'm basically saying customer service and timescale within their means are efficient. Obviously third party items always carry a risk***

For postage, communication and updates, I can't fault them. The only things I can fault them on, are honestly beyond their control (honestly look up the history of what I bought via Google, and see what a mess it's been).

Excellent - No Issues

From the moment I ordered to the moment my item was delivered it was seamless. I was kept up to date of all progress along the way and it arrived exactly when they said it would.

They should be with me weeks ago.
I decided not wanting longer and cancelled the order recently. They still taking 5% off from my order. Shame

Product out of stock globally - not their fault at all - but they kept me informed- and I received item as promised- good communication

My shopping experience with skin Pixel was perfect. Carl was very informative and prompt with updates on the shipping times.
My purchase arrived by the promised time.
And made my daughter very happy.
This meant a lot to me and cannot thank Skin pixel enough.
I will continue to shop here when I need to.

Although probably not the fault of skin pixel, I recently delay in a purchase made back in beginning of Feb and which was only delivered last week end of March. A promise of a refund for delivery cost, which I don't believe has been refunded yet either. Not a lot of faith in this website/company
