I had a great experience with Sky Exxperts Ltd agent David. The booking process was smooth, the service was professional, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to others.

I’m really happy with the service I received from Sky Experts Ltd agent John. He made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly, and he was very helpful and professional throughout. I’ll definitely book with John again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable travel agent.

I tried calling several times on 02039954435. After each time of calling the phone cut off after 3 minutes. This does not make it easy to contact them like they promised. Also, no one called back. So far I'm not impressed. Can they do something to receive a more favourable review? Watch this space ...
26th May 2025 - thankfully the above was just a glitch. While it does reflect my experience AT THE TIME, John was able to pull a wonderful rabbit out of the hat in the nick of time and the flight went ahead smoothly and without further problems. That is why I've upgraded this from a 1 star to a 4 star review. If Sky Experts could ensure their communication was less frustrating in future, then it might even get 5 stars next time.

Absolutely spot on service from Sky Experts. They helped me lock in a fantastic ticket with a top airline at a really good price – no hassle, no drama.

Big shoutout to John – genuinely grateful for his diligent effort and patience in sorting everything out for me. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I got a deal that worked perfectly.

I’ll be updating this review after my trip too – but so far, it's been smooth sailing.

John was very helpful he did everything for us plus he stayed online until 12-55 pm as the airline made a mistake with our tickets and John made sure it was put right would highly recommended this company plus John he went that extra mile which was brilliant

INCREDIBLE TICKETING SERVICE! My mum is very ill and I have to go see her on very short notice- I was online for hours trying to find a ticket without spending a fortune. Decided to try calling Sky Experts as a banner popped up with a good priced flight. John at Sky Experts was so incredibly helpful, thorough and patient! John not only saved me a bunch of money, he took the time to find me direct tickets with free checked baggage! After a challenging couple of days for my family, John restored my faith in the decency of people and businesses! So happy I called them by chance. I will be a regular customer of Sky Experts for all my travel needs!

John was amazing - super flexible to help with anything and got us a great deal.

My travel agent was John and I was quite confident going through the process with him. I was struggling to book a flight and he tirelessly worked to ensure that I got booked on a flight that suited my expectations, bearing in mind I did all of this last minute. He didn't stop there he also ensured that i had all the necessary documents in place because we needed an ESTA VISA. He reassured me that even when I am in Jamaica I should and can still make contact with him, should I would like to make any changes or adjustments. We need to have more 'Johns' in the Travel and Tourism industry. This is what can be definitely dubbed 'John❓️🤔.....no struggle .... no stress, so enjoy your trip/holiday

I was very stressed about getting flights to Jamaica. Speaking to different agents without a positive result. I eventually called a number spoke to John, he made me feel so comfortable. We were on the phone with him trying his best to get me the best deal. He was patient and understanding with my needs eventually I bought my two tickets. Thank you John for such dedication.

Brilliant company with fantastic advice second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sky experts both times long haul came out best value for money and time bringing in to account the carrier and layover time, I would recommend them to anyone 5stars all the way

Excellent service

I am very happy with the service I have recieved to date. I spoke with John who was extremely patient and showed great consideration of both my budget and the purpose of my travel. It actually took a number of hours to find an itinerary that fit within my timeframe and budget without me having to make too many comprises. I am currently looking forward to finalising my travel plans and doing business with them, in particular John again. I have already recommended them to friends and family. So far, so good! Looking forward to giving an update🙂
