Firstly, I chose Slater and Gordon as the solicitors I wanted to represent me, as they have an excellent history of medical negligence cases and a solicitor friend of mine advised me to go with them so I was confident from the go ahead I chose the correct one
From the first phone call I was given a solicitor who was suited to my case and she was called Amy Downey.
