I have never gone through a claim process before, this is my first time. The people at Slater and Gordon have really looked after me. My solicitor, Megan, has been nothing short of professional and helpful at the same time. If I was to ever need help with anything again like this, I would not hesitate to use there services again.

This case has now dragged on for nearly three years, and I’ve lost count of how many caseworkers I’ve been assigned. Unfortunately, each new one seems less competent than the last. Communication is abysmal—I rarely receive responses to my emails. I deeply regret choosing this company and wish I had gone elsewhere. At this rate, I worry this will never be resolved.

Very poor service 5 years since RTA and this company continually cause delay in progressing my case.…
It has been five years since my car accident on 2/1/2020 and my case is still not complete. I have made 2 complaint to the care team. Today I email my case handler whom I ha e not had an update since 30th December 2024. I received an automated email that she no longer works for the company. The service I have had is extremely poor. I would not recommend this company. In addition I have not been a le to speak to anyone via their phone lines.

Jenniffer Brunt & Sue Baldwin made a difficult time so straight forward. Emails were always responded to promptly and the whole process was seamless.

What can I say but I’ve had a fantastic experience dealing with Slater and Gordon. Initially I was a little nervous about how the process would go but I got reassured by Donna Rose that all would be fine and that it was. She walking me through all the processes during my claim and kept me informed and updated on any changes made or if any extra information was needed from me.

Unsupportive solicitors
Slater and Gordon worked on my husband's claim for an accident at work, they were referred through his union. Appalling support and service. We had 4 different solicitors during our claim which went on for less than a year. Really poor communication, I had to keep emailing them for updates. When the claim was closed due to insufficient evidence (load of rubbish as I had pictures, medical forms and although the company claimed they watched CCTV, magically that CCTV footage was deleted when I requested to view it) but still Slater and Gordon decided that the case would be closed. The final email after chasing them yet again, basically said case closed, with no support, no apology for not being able to help us and no advice on what we could do next. Really really angry at the lack of care and compassion and being passed from one person to another, without being told a new person was handling our case.
