Worst shopping experience of my life
I rarely give 1 star reviews (actually this is the first time I do), but my shopping experience with slowmoose has been the worst I've ever had. The web site itself looked kind of sketchy (bad filtering, poor descriptions and a less-than-smooth user experience when adding and removing things from the shopping cart), but because I found slowmoose's products on CDON, I thought it would be fine, that they surely did some kind of quality assurance. But I was wrong. And because slowmoose offered free shipping, I chose them over doing it through CDON, a decision I now regret. I payed through PayPal, thought that at least I would be protected through their buyers protection. But that didn't really make a difference. What happened was that once the payment went through, I got no indication from slowmoose that I had actually ordered something from them. I received a receipt from PayPal, but that was my only prood. I felt uneasy, thought I had been scammed and tried to cancel the order by emailing the only contact info I had, which was an email I found in the PayPal receipt. I heard nothing, assumed I had been scammed and that PayPal would fix it. Bought the products I needed elsewhere. A few days later I received a SMS that the order had been shipped. Still nothing on email, still no reply. I opened a case with PayPal, had a back-and-forth with customer service which refused to acknowledge something was wrong on their part, and which resulted in PayPal refusing the claim because I wouldn't supply a confirmation from the police that I hadn't received what I ordered (which seemed a bit over the top for me). It's been over two months since the order was placed, and I still haven't gotten all the items I ordered, and those that actually did arrive was of poor quality. I wouldn't do business with slowmoose again, and I can't recommend it to others, either.

Never order from Slowmoose! They never delivered my items and refuse to take any responsibility. I have waited for two months. Their tracking system is not real. They just steal your money. The company states in the order page that they deliver from US but actually this is a Chinese company which you can also read from their customer service feedback.

This is the worst shopping experience I had this year! Bought a scooter for my daughter for £119. It was really poor quality and not worth the price at all. After the second ride the handlebar came off so it's also super dangerous for a child. I complained but they were so slow(moose!) to respond and then eventually said it was outside their warranty period. Awful awful customer service, in fact no service at all!

3 - And then finally the pack is "refused"
Conclusion: you get poor quality articles, you pay a lot to send it back but you never get reimbursed because they refuse the pack (even if they say the opposite on the disclaimer )

Bought a child's watch through onbuy
Bought a child's watch through onbuy. Very poor quality so returned it through the onbuy website. Slowmoose now saying they did not authorise the return and asking for tracking number and return address. I sent it back in the original packaging to the return address shown. Numerous emails now going back and forth. Doesn't look like I will be getting my money back.

Worst company
We bought a winterjacket on fruugo, in fact its was from slowmoose, and we returned the jacket, we paid the return and filled out the form on fruugo, and offcourse we had allready paid the jacket. Because we didnt also fill out at slowmoose, they wont accept the return, eventhough it was within the 14 days. So now they have the jacket and the money, and wont help. So we will never shop on fruugo or slowmoose again.

Bought some trainers my daughters birthday trainers they never arrived in May. Hence my daughter didn’t get the gift she wanted and then when I emailed them to ask for the £60 they said it would be refunded in 5 days that was 4 months ago. I had to spend another £60 to buy my daughters birthday gift CROOKS !!

Not a serious company. Avoid buying anything from them. I ordered two products from Slowmoose via CDON.se over two months ago and I still haven’t received any products although they claim that the products were sent. Unfortunately I have already paid for them. Slowmoose claims that the products are already in Sweden and they’ve sent me a tracking code that doesn’t work. When I want to get my money back (as I never get any products) they say that I can’t cancel my order and that I have to wait until I received the products and I can then refuse to receive it….. Not so easy since the products never get here. I have never met this kind of total lack of service before. Obviously I will never order anything from them again.
