Thank you for your offer of a "partial refund" but I wish to return the pajamas and receive a full refund. I have no use for them and it would be prudent to order a pair that fit.
Rgarding your claim of "good faith -"non refundable"? hopefully you reimburse customers who order - "in good faith"

My order arrived on time, exactly what I ordered, great size, very happy with the product, thank you.

You I ordered multifunction space savers clothes hangers they were advertise as 1pack of 10 for 17.95 with free postage. I received 1 one hanger and now they are trying to say the order I received is correct. So bad never again with I be done out of my money by this crowd. It was on a Fruugo website. BE AWARE!!!! I have since got a full refund from Fruugo thank you.

Probably the worst shop you can choose for your purchase. Support inquiries are ignored. The goods are not correctly declared, so that customs have to open the package to declare the contents. Then you have to do the deletion yourself, which requires additional time (which you want to save by buying on the Internet) and also pay the extra costs yourself. This makes the product so expensive that you can buy it at home from a dealer. Furthermore: the product does not correspond to the description. To save myself the hassle of returning it, I gave it away. Conclusion: Stay away from this shop.

We ordered our cards and waited.. they eventually came as promised. Took while but hey its the slowmoose :)

The items they sent me were counterfeit. I initiated a chargeback through paypal and my money was refunded. You should shut down this store.

Poor communication. No email available..no phone number for errors. Tracking updated after arrival.... not accurate. Like the info received, the sender should be the person rating the service, not the receiver!

The Product it self is ok but the package and the manual was totally insufficient.

I ordered a motherboard but was sent an entirely different model. Tried contacting through their email but had no reply ever. Tried resolving through paypal, the only resolution was getting a full refund but postage at the buyer's expense, no replacement of motherboard was offered. I only wanted what was advertised but even that's too complex to fulfill it seems. Be cautious when buying from this site.

Complete inability to provide sale invoice. Zero quality customer service communication. Quite long delivery time. Will not buy again :-(

SCAM!!! I bought cards off of this site and every single card I received was fake. Would never ever trust this site or buy anything from it ever again. There is no way to get my money back.
