Hey Ashley, we have shipped your parcel three times, every single time it comes back as rejected by the US boarder control. The first time was due to customs charges not being paid at your side but both of the second times we actually covered the customs charges and your parcel came back again yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s because you have selected a PO Box number for delivery, the new rules on customs are so strict it could be that. We have raised it with An Post as the customs declaration and customs charges are all cleared here so there’s no reason for it to keep coming back.
Hey Ashley we actually brought your parcel over to the US with us and USPS also couldn't ship it as the address was not correct, please drop us an email so we can try and sort that for you.

Wonderful customer service, and my kids love these soft waffle jammies. We can't find anything like this is the US so I'm grateful they are made available to us. The only thing I would mention is the colors on the website seem different than the actual pajamas. Maybe some more pics with different lighting or no filters would help pick out colors.

Thank you Michelle, we totally need to update some of our pictures on our website it's on our to do list, the waffles and modern cameras don't pair well together so if you ever want to order again the best bet is to click through to the lifestyle images which are taken in natural light and so the colours without the blur from studio product lighting.
Size 7-8 just eay too big
I expected the size 7-8 to be larger, as per description, but it's massive.
It's too big for my girl who normally wears size 9. I think the tight would rather suit a short woman than a child.
I washed the tights hoping it would shrink - but this didn't help, and I can't return them now.
It's a shame, because the colour and quality seems relly nice, but it's unisable for us.

We are so sorry to hear you felt the size was too big, we do specifically say the 5-6 6-7 and 7-8 are very generous as we have a high cotton content so have to allow for long term shrinkage but also unisex so need to cover quite a large spectrum of kids sizes. Don't worry about the fact you washed them, if you had reached out to us directly we would have organised a replacement for you, pop us and email and we can sort that out for you.

I’ve got 3 sets for my one year old and a matching set for me.
I’ve sized up purely so he can wear it for longer and because of the cuffs, it’s easy to roll up the sleeves and leggings. And the summer set I got actually looks cool on him oversized too. So smart the shorts got drawstrings!
My boy gets compliments al the time how cool he looks whenever he’s wearing this brand.
The one I got…. honestly they are so comfortable, I just want to live in them 24/7.
I’m pregnant so I appreciate the stretch and I’m already thinking to get more for me and my kids.

Years of great products & service
Have gotten 7 waffle sets over the last 4 years. Delighted every time. The kids find them comfy. They wash well & the colours are fab. Brilliant customer service whenever I have queries. They can’t go wrong!

I love the product (blue waffle top & trousers). The weight of the fabric is perfect for slightly cosy but never sweaty, and it is wonderfully tactile.
(Only lost a star for the duration of the back order experience. Product is definitely 5 star!).
